Welcome to the village of Futoma (Matulnik) near Rzeszow, located in the picturesque Dynowskie Foothills, near the Myka Nature Reserve and the Green Velo bike trail. This is the perfect place for a family holiday or relaxing with friends, surrounded by peace and quiet. There are two houses on our property: one for rent, the other used by our family. The houses are separated by a comfortable gazebo and a private swimming pool with dimensions of 6 m x 3,2 m and a depth of 1,5 m, available during the summer (June-September). By the pool there are armchairs, loungers and an umbrella to protect from excess sun. After crossing the threshold of the house, you will be surprised by the atmospheric interior of the living room combined with the dining room and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need. On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet. Each room has direct access to the outside. From the living room you can access the built-in terrace with a large table for 12 people, ideal for cool evenings spent outdoors. On the mezzanine is a bedroom with three single beds and an open space with a double bed, a remote work and recreation area. A bookcase with books, numerous board games and hanging Brazilian chairs await guests. At our guests' disposal is the living area, which includes a living room with a dining room and a fireplace-cozy fireplace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are modern household appliances: pressure cooker, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob and toaster. We provide tableware, glassware, cutlery, cooking and serving utensils, a set of pans and necessary kitchen accessories. The property has five spacious bedrooms, two functional bathrooms and a separate toilet. Linens and bath towels will await guests. Surrounding the house are picturesque fields and forests, where you can find peace, quiet and birdsong. In the evenings, with clear skies, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the starry sky, which delights with its beauty.
