This is a place for relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city. On a large plot surrounded by a big pond in Podolany (Małopolska Gmina Gdów), a house has been built. It is a small wooden house with a skeleton structure, but its modernity and quality of finishes will satisfy even the most demanding guest. Our unique house project can be your place for relaxation. Book and enjoy the attractions: go boating, ride a pedal boat, relax by the shore. Unwind in the jacuzzi, take a walk in the nearby forest. Just beyond the property line is a bike path (VELO RABA - under construction, half of its route is to be completed by 2026, ultimately the Raba Wyżna - Ujście Solne route is to be 126 km long) and a dirt racing track, which hosts events on one Saturday of the month. Our plot is 1 hectare and is surrounded by a water reservoir, allowing you to enjoy water attractions on warm days. Near our plot, there is a forest where you can pick mushrooms. We also have plenty of books, family games, and toys to provide entertainment for the whole family. There is also a bike path and a racing track nearby, which takes place once a month. Our modern house, accommodating 6 people, offers everything you need to feel at home. We have equipped our house with many amenities to ensure our guests' comfort and relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring a microwave, refrigerator, induction cooktop, kettle, dishwasher, tableware, pots, spices, coffee, and tea. In the bathroom, you will find a shower, bath towels, and Spa towels for the jacuzzi, shampoo sets, shower gel, micellar water, cotton pads, and a hairdryer. On the premises, you will find: - a boat, - a pedal boat, - a jacuzzi, - a hammock, - a grill, - a playground, - a yoga pier, - a terrace with a sofa, sun loungers, and a beach umbrella. - external monitoring of the property - bicycles We give you exclusive access to the entire area, and we intentionally built only one house on it so that you can feel free.
