Description
Sepne is a quiet house in Trzciana, located in the watershed of a stream, right on a forested hill, in the heart of the Wisnicko-Lipnicki Landscape Park. It is a place conducive to peaceful relaxation surrounded by nature. The only sounds reaching the house are the hum of the nearby stream and the sounds of the forest. The post-glacial, round, mossy boulders that have dotted our creek for millennia are reminiscent of the fairy-tale landscapes of Tolkien's Shire. Our house is a place created with the surrounding nature in mind, where we invite guests to share in the tranquility and breathtaking views of the forest, creek and clearing. The house is an ideal place for a charming stay for a large group of up to eight people. On the first floor it has an open-plan living room with a dining room and kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a table with armchairs, a rocking chair and a fireplace. The kitchen has a built-in refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, sink, water filter and induction cooktop with oven. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, cups, glasses and goblets are available in the cabinets and on the shelves. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower cubicle and a washing machine. On the first floor we located three rooms: a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. Each of the rooms has an openwork closet for clothes. There is also a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. In the living room and in the corridor on the first floor we put in your hands interesting books, games and puzzles. For the youngest we have prepared toys and books, a feeding chair and a travel crib. In order to enable remote working, we provide guests with fiber-optic broadband internet with a speed of 500 Mbps. From the living room there is an exit to the terrace overlooking the creek, a second terrace with a table and chairs is available in front of the entrance to the house. There is a portable fireplace by the house and a fire pit is prepared in the clearing, in a bend of the creek. The clearing also provides an excellent place to play ball, badminton or other games. As our house is on the outskirts, from the parking lot (3 cars) to the house you have to walk a few tens of meters - first by steps and a footbridge over the creek and then by a forest clearing. When visiting us in winter, it is advisable to bring wheel chains with you, our house is in a mountainous area. We are friendly to animals, we have them ourselves, so you can come to the house with your four-legged friends. Trzciana is an excellent starting point, both for summer escapades on the mountain trails of the Beskid Wyspowy and for winter activities. The nearest tourist attractions are the salt mines in Bochnia (20 km) and in Wieliczka (31 km), the castle in Wiśnicz (13 km), the Royal Castle of Wawel (51 km). In the immediate vicinity are two ski stations: Laskowa Ski (16 km), whose illuminated slope edge is visible in the southern direction, and a little further Kasina Ski & Bike Park (29 km).
