Question 1

What is a finca?

A finca is a type of rural property in Spain, typically located on rural land. It can include various types of structures such as farmhouses, country houses or estates used for agricultural or recreational purposes - it is an interesting alternative to going camping in Spain. Originally built for farming, many fincas are now used as holiday homes or retreats, offering a peaceful environment away from urban areas. 🌳🌿 The charm of this type of property lies in its rustic appeal, often combined with traditional architecture, large plots of land and natural surroundings. Fincas can vary greatly in size and amenities, from simple cottages to large estates with modern facilities.
