We will accommodate you in a minimalist cottage with a private sauna, with interesting circular windows overlooking into the birch treetops. The great water of Lake Yanovsky is only 70 meters from your beds, so it's a rarity in the world. The view from the balcony and sun porch is captivating and shows the rustling forest and the lake in full painterly glory. A kayak, SUP board, plenty of garden furniture and hammocks leave no wish unfulfilled. Welcome to our Polish-Swiss oasis, where boredom is a must-see item and the lake is the center of all events. BEDROOM (House for 6 people: 45 m2) * 1 bedroom with a double bed (1.60x2.00m) for 2 people, * 1 studio (open space) with 2 beds (1.40x2.00m) for 4 people INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: - sunny veranda and balcony overlooking the lake, - bed linen and towels, - wi-Fi internet and bluetooth speaker, - tV, - hair dryer, - board games, - stand up paddle board (SUP) and double kayak (from spring to autumn), - direct shoreline, - underfloor heating, - 1 box of wood free of charge, others for an extra charge (25zl/box), - platform - also included in the price deer, wild boar and millions of stars. ADDITIONAL FEES: CAUTION: paid before arrival: 500 zl (will be refunded up to 3 days), CLEANING: One-time cleaning paid before arrival: 250 zlotys, PETS ARE WELCOMED, IF THEY DO NOT DAMAGE: cleaning per pet: 50 PLN/stay, SAUNA: Costs depend on your own electricity consumption. Costs per Kilo Watt = 2 zl. (approx. 16 zl. /3 hours), WOOD FOR GRILL: 1 box free of charge, the next for an extra charge 25 zl, DINNERS (payable on site in cash): We also offer dinners "on wheels" for 40 zł/person (on holidays 50.-/person). The food will be prepared at our hostess's home (same day, fresh) and brought still warm to the guests at the agreed time. Please make reservations about 24 hours before the dinner. PAYMENTS: * Advance payment of 15% of the amount of the reservation, * The rest of the amount is paid by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
