We invite you to our place in Kudowa Zdroj, a beautiful resort at the foot of the Table Mountains, where in comfortable conditions, you can rest, relax, be close to nature and actively spend time at any time of the year. In our offer we have 2 houses for rent, a house with a mezzanine and a house with a full floor. Our houses are located in a quiet place, on the outskirts of Kudowa Zdroj, in the buffer zone of the Table Mountains National Park and directly on the green hiking trail. 1. A year-round house with a mezzanine with a floor area of 47 sqm: The house is fully equipped, air-conditioned and heated. The maximum number of guests is 5 people. On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with a height of 7 meters - the central place in our house, a fully equipped kitchenette that will give you full freedom to prepare meals for the whole family with a beautiful view of the forest, a comfortable bathroom and a hallway. The first floor is a lounge area with a comfortable armchair, where with a cup of aromatic coffee or tea you can immerse yourself in reading and the surrounding nature. There is also a work area with a desk and chair. In the secluded part of the mezzanine there is a sleeping area with a double upholstered bed with a headboard, plus an additional single bed. From the living room you have direct access to the main terrace, where we have prepared for you a set of lounge furniture deck chairs and a charcoal grill. The second of the terraces is located on the opposite side of the building, this is the place where you can enjoy relaxing while watching the children playing on our playground. Available sleeping spaces: - a double bed and a single bed on the mezzanine, - a comfortable double sofa bed on the first floor, 2. On the first floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchenette that will give you full freedom to prepare meals for the whole family with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, meadows and forest, a comfortable bathroom and a hallway. The first floor is a rest area with two bedrooms and a dressing room. The larger bedroom has a double upholstered bed with a headboard and a work area with a desk and chair. The smaller bedroom is an intimate space, with two single beds. From the living room you have direct access to the main terrace, where we have prepared for you a set of lounge furniture loungers and a charcoal grill. The second of the terraces is located on the opposite side of the building, it is a place where you can enjoy relaxing while watching children playing on our playground. Available sleeping spaces: - 1 double bed in the upstairs bedroom, - 2 single beds in the upstairs bedroom, - a comfortable double sofa bed on the first floor, Additional charges: -refundable deposit of 400 PLN (payable by bank transfer 3 days before arrival, refundable up to 3 working days after check-out) -tourist tax PLN 4.5 per person per day of stay (payable by bank transfer 3 days before arrival) -fee for a dog PLN 150 per stay Surroundings: Table Mountains National Park: Table Mountains National Park is an extremely attractive area for tourists. The area is crisscrossed by a dense network of hiking and biking trails with a total length of about 100 km. Here you will find excellent conditions for active tourism. Wandering through the mountain trails you will find numerous rock peculiarities of the Table Mountains, such as: the magnificent rock city on Szczeliniec Wielki (919 m), fantastic rock labyrinths of Błędne Skały in the Skalniak massif (915 m). In winter, however, cross-country skiing trails are set up in the Table Mountains. Kudowa Zdrój This is one of the oldest European spas, known for centuries for the therapeutic properties of its mineral waters, whose springs beat in the very center of the city, in the Spa Park. Tourists are also attracted to Kudowa for its scenic and historical qualities. Kudowa's unique microclimate makes it an ideal place for relaxation all year round. Due to its location, our town is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful corners of our region, Klodzko Land. What's more, we are a border town with the Czech Republic, which also gives you additional opportunities to explore the tourist attractions and culture and cuisine of our neighbors, we recommend the historic castle in the border town of Nachod, the Rock Town of Ardspach, or a trip to beautiful Prague. In Kudowa you will find a rich gastronomic offer, numerous restaurants and cafes will satisfy the most demanding palates. Bicycle routes: Kudowa is a paradise for lovers of two wheels. The lay of the land and the charm of the hills surrounding our city are exceptionally conducive to bicycle tourism, both road and mountain. Several loops of Singletrack, or narrow paths winding down the slopes of mountains, await you in Kudowa. We also have routes mapped out in the National Park, allowing you to reach the most interesting parts of the Table Mountains by bicycle, as well as international bicycle routes connecting Poland with the Czech Republic. Zieleniec: Only 20 km from our site, Zieleniec is one of the largest ski resorts in Poland. It lies at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level in the Orlickie Mountains. Due to its specific microclimate, kilometers of well-prepared trails and numerous ski lifts, Zieleniec is a paradise for skiers. For lovers of summer adventure in the mountains, Zieleniec also offers numerous attractions, including biking trails or a cable car, which can take you to the Czech side of the border. Near Zieleniec there are also observation towers, on the Polish side, at the top of Orlica (1084 meters above sea level) and on the Czech side, at the top of Wielka Desztna (1115 meters above sea level), from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains.
