Description
We live in the Suwalki region, in the beautifully located village of Krasne, on the edge of the Augustów Primeval Forest, surrounded by fields and forests in the vicinity of the forest lake Kiersne. Nearby are the region's natural attractions, lakes with bathing beaches, the Czarna Hańcza and Marycha rivers, the Wigry National Park, the Augustow Canal, and plenty of bicycle trails and walking paths. Out of a desire to share the beauty of the area, we offer a guest house available all year round, respecting the environment and silence. Pets are welcome. The year-round guest house is wooden with a first floor area of 33 sq. m and a mezzanine of 12 sq. m, with a terrace of 40 sq. m facing east and south on a fenced plot of 4,500 sq. m. The house is heated and air-conditioned. Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a kitchenette with appliances. The bedroom has a large double bed. On the mezzanine there are 2 single beds and a work desk. Within a dozen kilometers (Giby, Sejny, Skustele) there are year-round bars/restaurants serving local dishes. Biking trails, beautiful landscapes, everything is at our fingertips! Surrounding the cottage are farm fields where seasonal agricultural work is carried out. This year we built a ceramic studio ourselves, which we are happy to make available to our guests. We propose to spend time with clay by showing different techniques of working with clay in the form of workshops for beginners and more advanced. The studio has work stations, a potter's wheel, glazes and a kiln for firing works. Monika will be happy to conduct classes for you at a convenient time, by appointment on site.
