L.A.S. - Lokum Absolutnie Spokojne w Bieszczadach Wysokich

Relax in a forest hideaway and breathe in the Bieszczady. In our cottages you will fully relax and feel the LAS. At night you can observe the most beautiful starry sky in Poland, and during the day you can take a dip in the swift current of the San River. L.A.S. is located in a small, quiet village Chmiel, in the buffer zone of the Bieszczady National Park, about 15 minutes by car from Poloniny. Climatic, year-round cottages, are located in the forest, with private access to the San. They are located out of the way - each cottage has privacy (over 30 acres of land for one cottage) and has its own access to the river, a fireplace, a terrace and a woodshed. The cottages are far apart from each other and separated by a forest thicket (it is impossible to see the other cottage), which means that guests are guaranteed privacy. We offer you two cottages: LISILAS (up to 4 persons) Wooden cottage with two bedrooms on mezzanine floors (access by steps or ladder), living room with large windows overlooking the forest, kitchenette with stove, oven and dishwasher, bathroom with large shower. In the kitchen you will find coffee, tea and basic spices. At your disposal is a cupboard full of books, guidebooks and board games, as well as a radio with bluetooth function. There is also a hiking map, which you can confidently take on the trail. In addition, you will also find warm blankets, a picnic blanket and all the basic amenities (from towels to kindling or dish liquid). The cottage is heated with a goat-type stove and supportive electric heaters (by the beds). On warm days you can run a ceiling fan, and mosquito nets are installed in all opening windows. The cottage is located in the sunnier part of the forest, in a clearing. In front of LisiLas there are comfortable loungers illuminated in the evening by a garland stretched between the branches of trees. A little farther there is a barbecue shed with a table, hammocks for sitting and lighting for night possessions. Next to the cottage there is a woodshed with unlimited firewood, barbecue, deck chairs, and a hammock in the summer. By the river (about 50 m from the cottage) you will find your private fireplace with benches and sausage poles and wood (included in the price). SOWILAS (up to 2 persons) An even smaller wooden cottage in which you will find: a bedroom on a mezzanine, a bathroom with shower, a kitchenette with coffee, tea and spices, a lounge with large windows and a soft couch, a breakfast table overlooking the forest and a large terrace with comfortable chairs and a table just in time for your morning coffee. In addition, we have equipped the cottage with a small library, board games, guidebooks, a tourist map and a radio with a bluetooth speaker. All the more trivial amenities (from towels to kindling or dishwashing liquid) are also at your disposal. In winter you will be warmed by an atmospheric goat-type stove (fuel included in the price of accommodation) and supportive underfloor heating. On hot days you can take advantage of the climatic ceiling fan, mosquito nets are installed in all opening windows. The cottage is located deeper in the forest, adjacent to a stream. The San River is about 50m away and on its bank you will find a private fireplace, benches, a grill, sausage poles and a woodshed (included in the price). At the level of the shore there is also a small island where you can spread a picnic blanket (provided with the cottage) and carelessly listen to the noise of the river. In addition, at your disposal is a barbecue and deck chairs and in summer a hammock. The cottages have been designed and built in the spirit of the Tiny House idea, handmade by us, using natural and environmentally friendly materials. So, coming to us you have the opportunity to live in a house with a soul, created by our hands, and you are sure that there is no other like it anywhere else:) We run the whole place in harmony with nature - we use ecological and natural cleaning products and promote ecology among guests. There is poor GSM coverage in the cottages, so you can focus fully on relaxation:) For the sake of comfort and safety of our pets, we do not accept with pets. Since the cottages are located in the forest, it is not possible to drive directly to the cottage. There is a designated unguarded parking space on the premises, about 120m you need to walk along a forest-field path.
