2os Cottage on the Pond with an exclusive hot tub (the only one on a hectare 10,000 m2 plot) browses in the water of the pond, while the large glass windows reflect the forest of the Solska Forest. Welcome to the desolate Lublin Roztocze. Hot tub with unlimited hot tub, electric, water hot all the time. Drinking coffee on the terrace you can breathe in the forest, sitting on the soft sofa in the living room admire the birds circling over the pond, follow the running hare, and if you are lucky you will see deer sneaking towards the forest. In the morning you will be awakened by hoopoes, you will hear the wind in the branches, before sunset you will hear the concerts of frogs, at night expect the hooting of owls, and you will have a starry sky above your heads. What's it like at our place? Intimate, peaceful, hilly and tree-lined, you can step on the moss with your bare feet, run along a forest path for a morning jog, set out on bicycle trails towards the Roztocze waterfalls, look at the moors, pick mushrooms and berries, and in winter check where the tracks on the snow lead. The cottage by the pond is a two-bedroom, inside you will find an open space combining the sleeping area with the living room and kitchen, plus a bathroom with shower and a partially covered terrace with an outdoor table and deck chairs. You can leave the windows in the cottage uncovered enjoying the panoramic view of the forest and pond, or tightly covered with pleats. In winter we provide underfloor heating and, of course, for your enjoyment a fireplace (wood is prepared and we do not charge extra for it), in summer you can use air conditioning free of charge. In the cottage you will find large glazed windows, a wood-burning fireplace, underfloor heating, a large covered terrace, furnishings consisting of new items, hotel white linen and towels. In addition, in the cottage you will find a screen and projector connected to the Internet - an ideal option for movie nights. There is also a Google Home speaker. Since we are very out of the way, surrounded by forests, for all the workation-minded, we have high-speed WiFi internet - fiber optic - in the Cottage and on the terrace. We don't live on site, we leave the whole area at your disposal, we can only show up to cut the grass or shovel snow from the entrance. We are bordered by a forest, a wild pond, and the nearest village buildings are 300 meters from us behind the tree line. Roztocze is the sunniest region of Poland, there is as much iodine in the air here as in the Baltic Sea, and we are away from cities, crowds, traffic jams and smog. You will find plenty of places for a picnic and a place for a bonfire and barbecue. The 3room place was born out of a dream of a piece of our own world, where time passes more slowly and the space is filled with nature. This is how we bought a hectare plot of land in eastern Poland, located on a small forest hill in the Puszcza Solska Landscape Park, on which there is the building of a wooden, long-defunct school, we built two M and L Cottages here and renovated the 3room House, which we created based on our own architectural designs, thinking of a comfortable place, one in which we ourselves would be happy to live for a weekend or vacation. Last year, on an adjacent one-acre plot with a pond, we opened another 2-bedroom Cottage for guests. This place guarantees privacy, seclusion and comfort for digital nomads to relax or work.
