YOUR CORNER is a home with a history, not a catalog apartment, where we combine comfort with the atmosphere of an old house. It is a place for those who appreciate natural wood and handmade elements, who love interiors with soul, not a showroom. Here you will find old wooden dressers, tables, and details that have their own past and character. Each of them is different – just like in the countryside back in the day. If you are looking for hotel sterility – this is not the place. If you want to slow down, feel the warmth of wood, and experience the true atmosphere of a country house – you are at home. We strive to live in the spirit of zero waste and eco-friendliness. The house is surrounded by a forest, with no neighbors behind the fence. You can perfectly relax, lie in a hammock, swing, play volleyball, badminton. In the area of the Brodnickie Lake District, the Drwęca River offers kayaking opportunities, fishing, mushroom picking, horseback riding, and areas for cycling tourism, while in winter, skiing at Kurza Góra. In bad weather, we provide books, toys, and games. The designated guest space in the house includes two spacious bedrooms with a view of the garden, a shared living room with a kitchen and dining area equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, electric stove, kettle, and dishes, and two bathrooms. Gentle dogs and cats are welcome, upon agreement, for a small additional fee. There is free private parking and barbecue equipment available. I invite you to use the hot tub-jacuzzi at the client's request. The house is surrounded by a 3.5 ha forest, so bird singing is guaranteed, with hopping rabbits and sometimes wandering deer behind the fence. You can peacefully relax, lie in a hammock, swing, play volleyball, badminton, and sing by the campfire. For children, there is a mini-mini monkey grove, toys, games, and books. In the vicinity, there is the Brodnicki Landscape Park, lakes of the Brodnickie Lake District - a quiet zone applies, the Drwęca River is part of the Natura 2000 program - kayaking opportunities, fishing, mushroom picking, horseback riding - at a friendly stable, areas for cycling tourism, and skiing at Kurza Góra in winter, with a bike park opening in spring. For the past 3 years, the "Triathlon Kurzętnik" has been held in our municipality. Upon request, we can organize an intro diving session or OWD diving course, rent a windsurfing board or SUP. The areas are beautiful and not commercialized, allowing you to immerse yourself in nature. The house is spacious, most of it we made ourselves, and some interior decoration elements, such as lamps, as well, so if someone desires, I can sell them. The house has two bedrooms (one with a large double bed, the other with two single beds and a sofa bed), a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large hallway with a living room. Gentle dogs and cats are welcome, upon agreement. There is free private parking and barbecue equipment available. The area around the house is designated for guests.
