But Place! is a large, green area on the banks of the river Skrwa, in close proximity to the cleanest lake in Mazovia and in the buffer zone of a landscape park. On the site stand two separate cottages, each with its own separate area - 3,000m2 for each cottage. The main idea of the place is to stay as close to nature as possible. The cottages are surrounded by natural greenery - we have an exclusive area of 3,000m2 around each of them. We make sure that the greenery is natural, we don't cut down trees, we mow only where necessary, there are no paved alleys and flower beds. Instead, nature rules, so it is wild and beautiful, and animals and birds come under the house, including deer, beavers, pheasants, jays, squirrels. INTERIOR LAYOUT The cottages have 32m2 each, on which we have distributed a living room with kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. BEDROOM The bedroom has a 2-person bed and a chest of drawers. LIVING ROOM In the living room stands a 2-person sofa bed, a table for 4 people, a closet with shelves. It is spacious enough to function comfortably with the sofa unfolded during the day and there is no need to fold it. KITCHEN The kitchenette has been very well equipped so that you can cook here as comfortably as at home. It includes: dishwasher, induction hob, hood, tall refrigerator with freezer, as well as cooking equipment: pots, plates, cups, pans, strainers, etc., basic spices, coffee, tea and a coffee machine. TERRACE On the large terrace of each cottage (they are 27 m2 each) there are comfortable armchairs and a table for morning coffee. GAMES In each cottage there are games outside - badminton, boules, frisbee, airplane, etc. and inside there are lots of cool board games and some interesting books. TERRACE GREEN GROUNDS Each cottage is surrounded by a large green area for the exclusive use of cottage guests (3,000m2). There are a lot of trees, natural greenery, including 4 huge about 150-year-old oak trees. In the spring near the cottages cherry blossom, if you come in late summer you will be able to pick its fruit for tincture. FIREPLACE In front of each cottage there is a fireplace with a grate and a supply of wood included in the price of your stay, as well as a grill. And at the cottage Place1 additionally a garden table for 6 people. HARVESTING In autumn around the cottages grow ceps and cannas, but it is close to the forest and there you can go mushrooming. Gostynin-Wloclawek Landscape Park, in the buffer zone of which we are located, is 400 km2 of forest. RIVER Access to the river is exclusive only to Guests of the Cottage Place1. The water level in the river, depending on the weather situation (drought / rains), reaches chest or knees in it. Children bathe here most often, and adults walrus. The water is extremely clean, 3km away a Natura2000 site has been established on the Skrwa River. BICYCLES At each cottage there are 2 bicycles for guests (included in the price of your stay). They could not miss them with the number of trails in the area - several hundred kilometers of bike paths through forests, around lakes. HOUSE LOCATION1 - COTTAGE WITH RIVER The cottage is distinguished by its attractive location on the banks of the river Skrwa, to which guests of this cottage have exclusive and direct access. A river flows through the area in front of the Miejscecówka1 cottage, and whether you jump into it or not, you will certainly appreciate the natural qualities of this corner. It is wild, quiet and beautiful here. In spring and summer, the yellow-breasted brant bloom, herons fly overhead, and the blue dragonflies of St. John's Daylily fly over the water itself. We arranged a mini beach here with deck chairs, a yoga platform and bright sand, where children love to play. Mostly children jump into the bath, but adults also happen. SPOT2 - A HOUSE IN THE TREES The house is as if immersed in the trees, and one of them grows from the middle of the terrace. Here you can feel completely like you are in a tree house, as the branches of the trees even wrap around the cottage. Next to the cottage, between the trunks of oak, cherry and old pear trees hang several hammocks, which we surrounded with a garland of light. This is a real relaxation zone where you can rest with a book and which looks especially beautiful and magical at night. Especially for children, we placed a sandbox with lots of molds and a tipi tent next to this house. Besides, there are plenty of cool trees to climb and a large, somewhat wild area to explore. ABOUT LAKES We are located in the Gostynin Lake District, which means we are surrounded by dozens of lakes within a 30km radius. The closest to us are Lake Białe (300m), Lake Lucieńskie (2km) and Lake Sumino (3km). In season there are plenty of beaches with water equipment rentals (SUP, pedal boats), piers and numerous holiday attractions. MARSHING In winter, Lake Bialy attracts walruses from this part of Poland. But if you like this winter sport, and appreciate the intimacy, we recommend the mini beach on site on our river, where the water is equally pleasant and clean. FOREST BATHS We are surrounded by the abundant forests of the Gostynin-Wloclawek Landscape Park, and you can wander around the forest for hours, as it is one of the largest forest complexes in Mazovia. SLOW LIFE In Ale Miejsceczka! you can pursue any slow life pastime that comes to mind - a barefoot walk on the grass to the river, morning coffee on the terrace while the birds sing, long walks in the forest nowadays noisily called forest bathing, an evening by a blazing fire, or wine with a view of the flowing water in the river, which clears your thoughts of unnecessary worries. VISTA 10 km from here flows the "Queen of Polish Rivers" and in this place really looks royal! All thanks to the dam in Wloclawek, which creates the Wloclawek Reservoir that makes the Vistula River here as wide as nowhere else. We recommend you to see it! FLOCK The Tumskie Hill with its renovated, beautiful boulevards and pier with a cafe open in season offers the most spectacular view of the Vistula you will ever see. In addition to the Old Town, the ZOO, the Drama Theater, the Art Deco Museum and the nationally known Archikadetral Basilica. We could list for a long time, but it's best to go yourself and see one of Poland's first capitals in person. OTHER TOURIST ATTRACTIONS Gostynin Castle, the observation tower in Krzewent, nature preserves, the 300-year-old Jan Oak monument, Duninow Castle, many other natural and sightseeing places.
