In the picturesque village of Marczyce, just 4 km from Cieplice Thermal Baths, there is a unique house in the style of old Sudetenland cottages, towering over the area and surrounded by a spacious plot of 1.5 hectares, including a piece of forest. It's a place where you can relax in peace and quiet, enjoying majestic views of the Karkonosze Mountains, Snowy Kettles, Szrenica and Chojnik Castle. The house offers two independent, comfortable apartments, each with a separate entrance, so guests can enjoy complete privacy. The first apartment, located on the first floor, is a 65 m² space, ideal for 2 to 6 people. The interior is decorated in a warm, stylish atmosphere with wooden accents. There are two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the other with two single beds - as well as a cozy living room with a large sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The entrance to the apartment is through a traditional chalet, and the living room leads out onto a spacious terrace with views of the surrounding countryside. The second apartment, located on the first floor, is a two-level space with a total area of 95 m², designed for 4 to 8 people. On the first level there are two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom. An additional bedroom for 2 to 4 people awaits on the second level, equipped with two single beds and two futon mattresses. An additional attraction of this apartment is a sitting area, ideal for relaxing with card games. From each level you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking views of the mountain ranges and the Jeleniogórska Valley. Both apartments are equipped with the necessary amenities to ensure guests' comfort and freedom. Each kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave and full kitchen appliances. Comfortable sofa beds with sleeping function for two are placed in the living rooms. In addition, a washing machine is available on the premises, the use of which can be arranged with the owners. Marczyce is an excellent base for exploring the charms of the Jeleniogórska Valley. Nearby are stores, restaurants and numerous tourist attractions. Just a 30-minute walk along the blue trail leads to the Prince Henry's Castle, from where there is an extraordinary view of the area, and a little farther there are other gems of the region waiting to be discovered - Karpacz, Sosnówka Reservoir or the historical monuments of Lower Silesia.
