The apartment's asset is the view of the mountains, tranquility (the sound of the stream), proximity to hiking trails, closeness to monuments and tourist attractions, and the vicinity of the largest tourist centers in the area: Karpacz, Kowary, Jelenia Góra, Szklarska Poręba. On three levels, you will find: - Two bedrooms with comfortable continental double beds. Each with its own balcony. In the larger bedroom, there is an additional fold-out sofa bed for two children. - A guest room (playroom) in the attic with a fold-out sofa bed for two adults. - Two large bathrooms (one with a bathtub, the other with a shower); - A living room with a kitchenette with an island and dining area. This room also has a fold-out sofa bed for two adults. The living room provides two exits to the garden, including an exit to the terrace. The layout and size of the rooms with a total area > 104 m2: - Children's playroom in the usable attic (area 20.2 m2); - Large bedroom on the 1st floor with a balcony (area 22.0 m2 + 4.0 m2); - Small bedroom on the 1st floor with a balcony (area 8.1 m2 + 3.0 m2); - Toilet on the 1st floor with a bathtub (area 5.0 m2), - Toilet on the ground floor with a shower (area 4.5 m2), - Living room on the ground floor with a kitchenette, dining area, and terrace (area without the terrace 40.5 m2). Amenities. We provide two external parking spaces (access from asphalt), self check-in, independent entrance with access code, own garden with terrace and barbecue area. On the same street, there is a sports field with a playground for children and youth, a bonfire area for larger groups of tourists. Of course, we will ensure comfortable grilling for our guests in our garden. Our guests can also use the services of a neighboring, friendly campsite (for an additional fee, we provide a pitch for a camper van up to 3.5 tons with full access to utilities). For our guests, a rich guide to local attractions, specialties, and gastronomy will be waiting, for which we will negotiate special discounts for our guests.
