Cottage in Marczyce is a unique place with a breathtaking view of the Karkonosze Mountains, located on a picturesque hill above the Sosnówka Reservoir. Meeting the expectations of our guests, we have created a space that provides an even wider panorama of Śnieżne Kotły, Szrenica and Chojnik Castle. The chalet fits harmoniously into the surroundings, referring in its architecture to the neighboring building. Its 100 m² of space, spread over three floors, allows for a comfortable stay for up to 8 people. Each level has been designed with functionality and convenience in mind: The first floor is a cozy common space, including a living room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a toilet. The first floor conceals two large bedrooms, a children's bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The first bedroom, with two single beds and a sitting area, has a balcony (8.5 m²) with an extraordinary view of the mountains. The second, with a double bed, is connected to an intimate study, which would be perfect as a room for a child. The attic is an atmospheric sleeping space for two people with an additional sitting area - ideal for evening card games. In the kitchen we took care of full equipment: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave with grill function, coffee maker, electric kettle and induction hob. In addition, we offer the use of a washing machine (service available for an extra charge). The cottage in Marczyce is a place where silence and the beauty of nature intertwine with comfort and homely atmosphere. It is an ideal space for a family vacation, a trip with friends or just a moment of breathing in the heart of the mountains. You are welcome!
