Azuria-Houseboat floating home on the water is a unique place that can serve as a houseboat, a self-contained apartment, an office, a comfortable fishing platform or a peaceful haven for relaxation. The unit is moored in the atmospheric Osobowice Marina in Wroclaw, which allows you to take full advantage of the surrounding nature, the sounds of the river and the rich ecosystem. Equipment details: The accommodation features wireless Internet access, a TV with access to online platforms, a free parking space and a Bluetooth sound system. There is a terrace set, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a dual-function stove and heating radiators in each room. The house has an independent 220V power supply charged by solar panels, indoor and outdoor LED lighting (controlled by remote control), as well as full access to water and electricity in the marina. Safety is ensured by life jackets, a lifebelt, first aid kit, full rigging with bouncers and a bareboat. The kitchen is fully equipped - there is a refrigerator, stove, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, kettle and coffee maker. Guests are provided with linens, towels and a hair dryer. On board, there is a wheelhouse with a comfortable helm and a rear camera monitoring engine operation, as well as a Lowrance Hook Reveal 5 probe indicating fish and body of water parameters (depth, speed, bottom shape). The salon has air conditioning and a TV with Bluetooth and WiFi. The clean and dirty water tanks have a capacity of 450 liters each. Additional information: The rented unit is fully fueled - fuel must be replenished before return.
