Description
I invite you to take a little trip back in time in the habitat that my family created in the heart of the forest for nearly 50 years. Putting at your disposal Białasówka, I tried to preserve the original character and atmosphere of the house and its surroundings. Thus, the (excellent!) water is from a well, to the (charming) outcropping you have to walk a few dozen meters, the heart of the house is a tiled kitchen, and the spacious living room is dominated by a fireplace and a tiled stove. The house has a bath corner with a bathtub, and in the warmer months you'll find a lovely nook outside with a summer shower and garden tub. The area around the house is huge, a bit wild, but well-kept - with a fire pit, a table for outdoor meals, and as a bonus you have a roe deer buck, a tawny owl and buzzards. Deer and elk come to drink water in the garden tub at night. All around you are the precipitous Sosnovice Forest - it's as far as 3 kilometers to the asphalt, and a kilometer further the Poleski National Park begins. In the area there are many lakes of the Leczna-Wlodawa Lake District, which in the off-season enchant with their wildness and tranquility. Those who have been here repeat that no pictures and words can convey the magic of this place, it simply has to be experienced. ABOUT THE PLACE Białasówka is a beautiful house (80m²) located in a small forest settlement in the buffer zone of Polesie National Park. To the asphalt, civilization and the Park is 3km along a forest road. All around the forest, forest and more forest. The road is decently passable all year round - in winter the municipality remembers about us and clears the road of snow (but only once a day haha ;)) The house is located on 2.5 hectares of its own land. The area is unfenced, and deer, deer and elk in the evenings often come almost right up to the house. In front of the house you will find a fire pit, hammocks, a two-person swing, an outdoor breakfast table and, above all, plenty of space. On rainy days you can sit comfortably on the glassed-in veranda, and in the evenings you can sit by the fireplace in the living room. The house can comfortably accommodate four people: in the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the living room there is a double bed and a sofa bed - for a possible fifth person. The white house is not for everyone - as once at grandma's house, water for bathing has to be brought from a well and heated on a tiled stove or electric stove. In the bedroom there is a comfortable bath corner with a bathtub :) On warm days you can splash around the house in the summer shower or garden tub. There is also a clean and atmospheric saloon outside. We provide bed linen, towels, bath towels (there are several lakes in the area), a basic equipped kitchen (refrigerator, coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, etc.) with atmospheric Polish ceramics with several decades of history. Cooking on a four-pipe tiled stove and an electric stove. The tiled kitchen has an oven. From the forest "charms": the coverage is so-so, although Orange and T-mobile give good service. Our forest road is very decently passable, but as it's a forest road, there are potholes in places, and that's what we value it for - it keeps us hidden from the world and only those who know the place get here ;) In late spring and summer take something for mosquitoes and ticks - they usually do not have a vacation ;) It is 3km to a small local store, to a supermarket like Lewiatan or Groszek 10km, to larger stores like Lidl, Biedronka 20- 35km. Poleski National Park is practically "behind the fence" - 4km. Polesie has a lot to offer - from the fantastic nature trails of Polesie National Park to Orthodox churches, forgotten Jewish cemeteries and a little farther, not far from Wlodawa- Sobibor Museum. In the area there are several lakes, both small and intimate and larger, commercial ones. There are also places with opportunities for horseback riding or canoeing on the Bug River. In autumn, our forests abound in mushrooms, deer come out to roar, you can see crane rallies😊 We will be happy to tell you on the spot about interesting places in the area and give you tips on where to go. We have dogs and cats, so if you want to take your pooch with you it is possible, but by prior arrangement. We want to avoid tense situations with our pets or the forester 😉 There are no additional costs- firewood, fireplace and campfire wood, towels, bedding, bath towels, etc. are provided in the price. We cordially invite you from the May weekend to the end of September, and guests skilled in heating with tiled stoves are also welcome during the autumn-winter season and Easter holidays.
