The 140sqm house has a first floor and an upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms, each with beds for 2 people in any configuration (single or double), as desired. Guests can use 2 bathrooms, one on each level. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchenette, through which there is access to a covered terrace, so even in the rain you can spend time outdoors surrounded by greenery. Barbecue enthusiasts will also find a corner for themselves. The house is located on a 1500sqm plot, fully fenced, which is appreciated by owners of four-legged dogs. Dogs can run to their hearts' content, while the owners can spend time in various corners of the garden indulging in their favorite ways to relax - reading a book on a deck chair, hammock, or playing basketball, volleyball, mini football or table tennis. We provide bicycles free of charge for guests to explore the area and, among other things, the Swidwie Waterfowl Reserve. For those wishing to relax and regenerate, we invite you to the garden mini SPA - to warm up in the Finnish sauna and in the balia, to take a bath while listening to the singing of birds in the fresh air. In the room next to the sauna while relaxing, you can indulge in a treatment by the brine graduation tower. The miniSPA complex is designed to operate all year round, rain is not a fear because the whole thing is covered.
