Welcome to the houses of EL Mirador del Gato! The houses of EL MIRADOR DEL GATO are located in the vicinity of the Sierra de Gredos and belong to the municipality of Bonilla de la Sierra, a town included in "The Most Beautiful Villages of Spain". The houses are located on the El Lavadero estate, in the heart of the Corneja River region. The construction is built on ancient buildings of the sixteenth century where the Hieronymite monks had a farm dedicated to shear and wash the wool of the sheep that made the transhumance by the royal cattle track. It consists of 2 cozy rustic houses with a neat decoration and spectacular mountain views. The houses are adjoining, with a total capacity of 13 people (4 and 9 respectively) and can be rented together or separately. Mirador El Gato I: A beautiful rustic loft ideal for couples or families of up to 4 people (5 if there is 1 baby). The house has a total of 70 m². Upstairs there are 2 beds of 90 cm together, and in the living room we have an Italian opening sofa bed of 140 cm with a comfortable viscolastic mattress. IF YOU TRAVEL WITH BABY: We provide you with a crib with spring mattress and high chair. The house has all the amenities to make your stay unforgettable (mosquito nets, dishwasher, blender, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, complete kitchenware, glasses to enjoy a good wine, barbecue, garden furniture ...). Mirador El Gato II: It is a 170 m² house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms (one on each floor). The total capacity is 9 people since one of the bedrooms is triple, and in the living room you will have a sofa bed Italian opening 140 cm. IF YOU TRAVEL WITH BABY: We provide you with a crib with spring mattress and high chair. The bedrooms evoke the trees and plants of our garden, and are decorated according to their colors: cherry, olive and lavender. The spacious living-dining room on the first floor will make you feel at home. The house has all the comforts to make your stay unforgettable (mosquito nets, dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee maker, complete kitchenware, glasses to enjoy a good wine, barbecue, garden furniture...). In summer you can enjoy a swimming pool (4x2m) to cool off. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the clients of our 2 houses. Both houses are fully equipped to make your stay unforgettable at any time of the year. The place is really beautiful, and it is not necessary to move from there to enjoy beautiful landscapes, beautiful sunsets, see beautiful birds of prey flying over... cOME AND SEE IT!
