Chata Nad Liwcem is a more than 40-year-old cottage, built of logs by real highlanders, with the intense smell of real wood. The distinctive red color of the facade is due to an impregnant imported from Finland, made from natural dyes. The interior measures 70 meters. Downstairs there is: a living room (with a 2-seater sofa bed), a kitchen, a bedroom (with a double bed) and a bathroom. Upstairs there is a common area with sleeping space (2x single beds and one double bed). There is also a 2-person inflatable mattress). There's also a desk by the window, perfect for remote work (fiber-optic internet laughs flawlessly ;). The kitchen is small, but functional and fully equipped (only the oven is missing to happiness). You'll stock up at a local convenience store (a 12-minute walk) or pop out to a restaurant. You can also walk across the river to a nearby village and a local pub for French fries :). The Cottage's greatest asset is its covered 20-square-meter veranda, with a beautiful oak table, lit by atmospheric garland. It's a perfect place to spend time together, long evenings with a good book or work to the accompaniment of the ever-singing birds. The decades-old old tree, overgrowing the large 1500-square-meter garden, is the perfect place to relax in a hammock or on a beautiful flower-decorated swing. Most of the garden is overgrown with moss, giving it a somewhat wild character, which we try not to interfere with too much. The garden also has a barbecue and fire pit where you can spend time together. Dogs are welcome. The entire area is fenced. We donate all pet fees to help pets in need. a 5-minute walk from the Cottage is the beautiful, clean and shallow Liwiec River, which encourages activities such as kayaking, SUP-swimming or just beachcombing. In the cottage you will find a yoga mat and a meditation cushion, as our place is conducive to journeys into oneself and deep tranquility. The surroundings are quiet, forested and conducive to relaxation. However, this is not a cottage in the middle of a dingy forest, but in a summer neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the plot, as well as across the street. The back of the cottage, on the other hand, is a wall of forest. We invite anyone wishing to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city and fill themselves with the energy of nature. WE ARE DOG-FRIENDLY AND FAMILY-FRIENDLY We are open to your beloved family members, and whether you plan to visit us with children or dogs, we are prepared for it. Our 1,500-square-meter plot is properly fenced, so it's a safe space for our youngest guests, but also for those no less important four-legged friends. Additional amenities: dog bowls, unbreakable tableware for children.
