Fifth - fish: carp and trout in every form - fried, smoked, baked, in soup, in baguette, and above all - in our ponds. Fish is our passion, which we have been developing for more than 25 years. We run a family fishing farm and a restaurant serving top quality dishes. On site for anglers awaits our fishery where the largest carp are over 20 kilograms. And now we have something special for you - Michael's Great-grandfather's Cottage, which after more than a century of construction has gained a new life. We moved it to our ponds, renovated it with attention to every detail and created an ideal place for relaxation. The Cottage offers four comfortable suites - each an oasis of tranquility where you can relax after a delicious meal in our restaurant, such as trout in tomatoes and white wine. Great-grandfather Michael's Cottage Situated in a quiet part of our sprawling grounds, just beyond the shelter of willow trees and wicker fences, the Cottage offers privacy and comfort. It is close to the restaurant, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Inside you will find four suites: Two smaller apartments (30 m²) on the first floor, for up to 4 people, with access to the terrace. Two larger apartments (40 m²) on the first floor, with a mezzanine, for up to 6 people, with balconies. The smaller apartments have one bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, while the larger ones have two bedrooms and an additional sofa bed. All are equipped with bathrooms with showers. There are no kitchenettes, but you'll find refrigerators, dishes and cutlery - perfect for stopping your kitchen routine for a while and letting us take care of your palate. Restaurant "Troutowo" Right next to the Cottage, our restaurant awaits you, where we have been serving fish from our own ponds for years. Fried trout, grilled trout with herbs, in mustard sauce or fish soups - this is only part of our offer. We focus on freshness and quality, using local ingredients, and our menu is short and refined. Also try the beer from the family brewery Jagiello, located just two kilometers from us. Lublin region - not just nature Pradziadka Cottage is located a few kilometers from Chelm, in a picturesque setting of the Uherka River, ponds and meadows. A 10-minute walk across the fields is a guarded beach on the Zoltance lagoon with a water park of attractions. However, the Lublin region is not only nature - here are some places worth visiting: Chelm Chalk Underground - a fascinating labyrinth under the city, which is a remnant of chalk mining. In addition to sightseeing, an encounter with the ghost of Bieluch - the symbol of these undergrounds - awaits you. Poleski National Park - a place where you will meet cranes, geese, herons and even pond turtles. The park offers scenic trails, such as "Czahary" in Bubnów Swamp or "Spławy" leading to Lake Lukie. The Mud Turtle Conservation Center in Urszulin - an ideal place to learn about this rare species. Family recreation We also take care of the youngest guests. A fenced playground, rope slide, mini golf and many other attractions await children. Our restaurant is located right next to the playground, so parents can relax by the water while the kids play.
