Live on the water! Year-round Floating Apartment only 12 km from the main square in Krakow. Our floating house is the realization of your dream of staying as close to the water as possible. We would also like to share this unusual project with you, your family and friends. We will be happy to host you in the first floating house in Malopolska. We built a 35m² house + 30m² terrace + 25m² spa platform on a 65m² floating platform, giving us a total of 90m² of floating private living space. The house on the water has a living room, a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and two independent bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed. The house is heated by infrared ceiling heating, and the temperature in each room can be controlled by a controller. The house is comfortable, warm, safe and year-round. The outside deck of the house, the so-called terrace, is equipped with rest and a gas barbecue. We guarantee a pleasant overnight stay for 6 people and a wake-up call to the accompaniment of the sound of waves, singing birds, croaking frogs and the splash of jumping fish. The charming morning will be complemented by a delicious breakfast delivered each day right to the door of the house on the water. The spa platform consists of a hot-water log equipped with a Jacuzzi and a sauna with panoramic glass and a wood-burning stove. Such a set is the perfect set for the ritual called Ruska Banya. Each ending day will provide unforgettable sunsets, the view of which can be enjoyed by the eye straight from the private floating terrace, jacuzzi or sauna, which overlook the 42-acre water surface. On a cloudless night, romantic stars will enhance the feast.
