Description
The house is located near Zawiercie, in the buffer zone of the Eagles' Nests Landscape Park. The historic body of a stone church, the piled up ruins of castles in Morsko and Ogrodzieniec, rocky outcrops scattered around the area, rising several meters above the surrounding terrain. In this extraordinarily picturesque landscape, a house was built, which with its form and materials tries to become an integral part of its surroundings. The body of the house consists of two main parts - the living area and a two-car garage. The two are connected by an openwork wooden connector, which binds the building into a harmonious whole. The most distinctive part is the full-height open living area with a large six-meter glass window overlooking the garden. It features a dining and lounge area, which in the future will be separated by a pending double-sided fireplace. The heart of this space is an over 4-meter long kitchen island, finished with oak boards. Just behind it is a fully equipped kitchenette with all necessary appliances. From the living room, we walk out onto a huge wooden terrace-an ideal place for long summer evenings or drinking coffee in the morning. On the first floor, there is also a master bedroom (and a large double bed in it) with a private bathroom, which includes a shower and a free-standing bathtub. In addition, downstairs we have a toilet and a laundry room with a drying room. We get to the first floor via an openwork staircase with cantilevered steps, which have been encased in oak "boxes." In the attic are located two bedrooms (each has two single beds that can be joined together). There is also a bathroom with a shower, at the shared disposal of the household members. The plot on which the house stands is really large. Quietly everyone will find a relaxation zone for themselves. At your disposal are deck chairs, a barbecue, a place for a bonfire. For children there is a mini playground and a swing. The area is not fenced, so keep an eye on your dogs. It may be that you will enjoy it so much that you won't want to move from here at all, but if, however, you want to spend more active time, we recommend walks in the beautiful surroundings, bike tours, trips to pick mushrooms. Jura is also famous for some of the best places in Poland for rock climbing. You certainly won't be bored here! You are welcome!
