An unusual place in the Suwalszczyzna region, which in the morning is enveloped by the smell of good coffee with cinnamon and a touch of chili. An ideal place for an outing with friends or family. Close to the house there are several lakes, the closest being Bałądź, which is located on the Polish-Lithuanian border. The house has a super-equipped kitchen, where you can cook yourself anything you didn't have time for before. The surroundings are beautiful, it is also not far from Vilnius, Trakai or Druskininkai. As a gratis, I'll also add almost three hectares of my own land, peace and quiet, where even the hands of the clock barely move.... slow in its purest form...:) The layout of the house: on the first floor is a large living room with an open kitchen, fireplace and sofa, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor are located two bedrooms and a second bathroom. A total of 132m2 (3 separate bedrooms + 2 bathrooms and a living room of 62m2) plus also a terrace of 60m2. The house is located away from human habitations, such a classic remote area....:) The house can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, however, the number of people accommodated is related to the number specified by the guest in the reservation. Your pets are welcome for free (up to 2 dogs max). The house has a well-functioning Internet, ideal for remote work. The house is year-round, made of logs, has underfloor heating (used in winter and late autumn), which, as well as wood for the goat and cleaning is included in the rental price. The deposit (non-refundable) for the stay is 25% of the total reservation amount. The remaining part of the amount is paid 14 days before the scheduled arrival. In the summer there is a garden with vegetables and herbs available, you can use it freely. Closer to your arrival date I will contact you to arrange all the details (keys/internet etc) and send you detailed rules for the use of the house. In case of damages made during the stay (including destruction and loss of things, soiling or scratching the walls), the guests are responsible for them and will bear the costs quoted by the Host (taking into account market prices).
