Welcome to a beautifully located house on a plot of over a hectare, which is fully fenced. The house is located on a hill overlooking the picturesque Kiedrowickie Lake (104 hectares), with an island in the middle. The house is located a few meters from the forest, away from the asphalt road and neighbors. That's why you can enjoy peace and quiet, which you certainly won't lack here. The size of the house is about 180 m2 and is designed for up to 12 people. On the high first floor of the house there is a huge living room, a fully equipped kitchen (electric toaster, microwave oven, cafe and a number of other appliances), a bathroom with shower, TV. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, with double beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower level of the house there is a sauna, another kitchen and another third bathroom and a bedroom (with TV). All the bedrooms have views of the lake, and one has access to one of the terraces. In addition, at your disposal is a garden barbecue, a covered place for feasting (even in the rain), garden chairs, deck chairs, a swing, a children's playground with a large house that will satisfy any toddler, a place for a bonfire ( with a cauldron) and a huge garden with well-maintained greenery. We also have a small spa: sauna and outdoor Jacuzzi (balia), available 24 hours a day, as it is electric. In the area ( fully fenced) there is a full-size beach soccer field. There is a swimming area not far away, and a large boat and two kayaks are at your disposal. Bicycles ( 6 pieces) are also available. This is a great base for exploring Kashubia.
