Habitat "Dom pod Baranią" is located at an altitude of 850 m above sea level with an exceptional view of the mountains in the Natura 2000 Reserve. A big plus of the location of the cottages at this altitude is the guarantee of snow in winter, so you can sled down in the clearing next to the house. The property with the shortest distance to the top of Barania Góra. The habitat is located near trails for hiking, skydiving and cycling expeditions. Siedlisko is a place for people who want to stay close to nature, away from the buildings and tourist traffic. We do not rent the facility for lavish parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, bachelorette parties and get-togethers. STARLINK satellite internet is available in the facility. In winter, a 4x4 vehicle equipped with winter tires is required. Winter with us is beautiful, often begins as early as November and lasts until March. The access road to the cottages is cleared of snow and kept white, but the driveway to Siedlisko requires a suitable vehicle. If you have any questions about access, please contact me. Parking around the cottages is free. During the winter we also have an additional parking lot located about 150 m. from Siedlisko, is also free of charge. "HOUSE" It has three floors, has an area of more than 200 sq. m. On the "minus one" level there is a game room with ping pong, foosball, Playstation 2 and a mini gym. The first floor of the cottage is a large common area. The kitchen is combined with a dining room and a living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: - microwave oven, - oven, - refrigerator and freezer, - induction hob - and a coffee maker for beans and ground coffee. In the living room, a comfortable sofa with relaxation function and a flat-screen TV. An additional attraction is the fireplace. On the first floor, climbing two steps there is a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. In the bedroom there is a television set. Next to the bedroom is a bathroom with a toilet and shower. On the other side is a toilet with a sink. On the first floor of the cottage there are two bedrooms. In each a double bed and a small room for storing luggage. Each bedroom also has dressers for storing clothes and mosquito nets in the windows. "COTTAGE" The cottage has an area of 50 square meters. On the first floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen with a dining annex and a bathroom. Upstairs on the mezzanine there is a large double bed and a fold-out double sofa bed. Mosquito nets are installed in some of the windows. There are two televisions in the cottage. The kitchen is equipped with household appliances: - induction hob, - microwave oven, - oven, - refrigerator with freezer, - coffee bean maker - electric kettle and other necessary kitchen equipment. Due to the preference of visiting guests, we do not accept pets in our habitat. Each property has: * barrel type sauna, * a year-round Jacuzzi, * an outdoor seating area, * a place for a bonfire, * a graduation tower with iodine-bromine salt, shared by both facilities. Please report the use of the jacuzzi 24 hours before your arrival. Preparing the Jacuzzi for a stay requires about 20 hours. The sauna heats up about 1.5 hours. The graduation tower is available from May to October. It starts automatically 1-2 hours a day. Additional charges on site: - Sauna: 3 hours cycle 100 zł - Jacuzzi: preparation (water and maintaining the temperature during your stay 37-38 degrees C ) 100 zł/ stay up to 2 days, 200 zł/ stay from 3 to 7 days - for each started hour of Jacuzzi: 90 zł Wood for fireplace and campfire: - 100 zł/ stay up to 3 days - 190 PLN/stay from 4 to 7 days On the day of arrival, a deposit of 800 PLN is collected on account, the deposit is refunded up to 24 hours after checking out of the property.
