Year-round house, located in a charming location by the lake with a private fenced beach, where there is a covered area for relaxation, meetings, barbecues, etc. On the beach there is a private bridge with a bench, an excellent place for water swimming and, of course, fishing. We rent the house exclusively, of course, so you can enjoy complete privacy. The house has three spacious bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace and a view of the lake and a private beach, two bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi),a fully equipped kitchen, a garage with a remote control gate, a study for computer work. The house was built in 2011. The whole area is landscaped, fenced, remote control gate. In the village there is a store with local Kashubian products. In the area you can hike, fish, rent kayaks or explore the area along the bike paths of Kashubian trails.
