The House in Gajówka is a more than 300-year-old house with a soul, located in the quiet village of Gajówka in the Izera Mountains. This place is created for families and groups of friends who want to slow down, enjoy nature, and spend time together, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The House in Gajówka is a spacious, year-round house with an area of approximately 150 m², designed for a maximum of 8 Guests. The carefully restored building has retained its original character, and the combination of stone, brick, and wood makes the interiors warm, cozy, and full of history. Guests have at their disposal three bedrooms, a spacious living room with a high ceiling, a fireplace, and a large table that encourages shared meals and long evening conversations. The house also features a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, as well as a comfortable bathroom. For the youngest, there is a corner with games and toys, and those working remotely can take advantage of WiFi and a comfortable workspace. This is a place where you can truly slow down. Instead of a television, there is a fireplace, a small library, and silence, occasionally interrupted only by the singing of birds or the sounds of the surrounding nature. By booking the House in Gajówka, Guests enjoy the entire house and garden exclusively. On the property, there is a gazebo with a place for communal feasting, a grill, and a bonfire area, allowing you to spend time outdoors regardless of the season. Parking is also available. Pets are welcome, with an additional fee of 100 PLN per pet for the entire stay. A wheelbarrow of wood can be purchased on-site from a neighbor for a fee of 100 PLN. The house is located in the small village of Gajówka, in the Izera Mountains, surrounded by forests, meadows, and mountain landscapes. It is an excellent place for those seeking peace and active recreation close to nature. The area offers hundreds of kilometers of hiking and biking trails, as well as popular Single Track routes. Nearby are also Świeradów Zdrój, Jakuszyce, and numerous attractions of the region, such as Czocha Castle, Grodziec Castle, and Chojnik Castle. It is a great base for both peaceful walks and all-day mountain trips. The easiest way to reach the House in Gajówka is by car. The property is located about 12 km from Świeradów Zdrój, 15 km from Gryfów Śląski, 25 km from Jelenia Góra, and 29 km from Szklarska Poręba. Train access is also possible to the Rębiszów station, located about 2 km from the house. The last stretch leads along a picturesque road through the forest and village.
