Description
Many years I looked at this house. Overgrown with bushes and covered with an avant-garde mixture of dust, moss and cobwebs. Sometimes I would crawl in there, giving its inhabitants a heart attack. A tawny owl would fly out of the chimney and off a nearby branch, staring at me with one eye as if I were crazy. The goat had its finish line in the barn and didn't like the Guests either, the wrens swirled their nests wherever they could and generally didn't give a damn about me, the wasp's nest in the ridge was the size of a basketball, and the marten under the roof had a sizable collection of feathers and dice from small roe deer. Despite the warnings of friendly builders, I decided to rip this hut out of the nettles with my claws and opened the rusty gate to the truest, Secret Garden. Today I want to share this place and invite those passionate about nature and tranquility, to celebrate the everyday. The house on the first floor has a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom, an additional toilet, a living room with a "goat" type fireplace and a kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice cube maker. Exit from the kitchen to a beautiful covered wooden terrace - there a bed with cushions and a step from the garden and fire pit. Upstairs, another bedroom with a double bed and a large open space with an additional single bed, a double mattress, a couch and a bathroom. There is also a multimedia projector and a big screen - an alternative for a rainy day :) There are few attractions in the area, and this is the main attraction. Forests, fields and a beautiful, clean, quiet lake in the neighboring village. The closest is Drawsko (15km) and there you can arrange canoeing on the beautiful Drava River. Zlocieniec, Swidwin and Połczyn Zdroj are also nearby. To soak your feet in the sea (and return to the quiet and the stars) is an hour trip by car. This is a place for those craving silence, forest, grass, nature, untrimmed weeds and deer gnawing carrots from the garden. The main attraction is the lack of attractions. The height of debauchery is lying in a hammock with a book and slurping lemonade from elderberry flowers. In the evening, a fire, a vegeburger and star gazing. It's hard to say why the Drawsko Lake District is still underrated by tourists, when its beauty knocks you off your feet. Forests full of animals, clear lakes, beautiful rivers and a glacial landscape that never gets boring. It is beautiful to live here and beautiful to relax. In a deck chair, on a hammock, on a bicycle or on horseback. Within "walking distance" is a lake tucked away in a beech forest. Meanwhile, in the neighboring village, there is a tiny, sandy beach at which reed warblers howl and swim with grebes. I really hope that here you will discover that boredom is good, that it's beautiful how you don't have to do anything, that you don't always have to do something. To listen to yourself, to let yourself be mesmerized by the tits, to hear the whistle of the yellow oriole, to stare mindlessly at the fire and the stars, to hug a loved one and not to rush anywhere. Take your bike with you and discover the coolest gravel roads in the world, go kayaking, read a book. Take a trip to Kolobrzeg for a waffle and return with relief to the House in the Grass.... into the grass, bushes and silence of the evening.
