Spacious single-story house on a large private property overgrown with tall trees and an orchard. Situated on the banks of ponds, amidst lush greenery - it is a true sanctuary of peace. The entire property is independent and at the exclusive disposal of guests. Not far from the house there is a private access to the shoreline of Lake Sobackiego and a beach with piers and a swing. Our property is intimate, cozy and extremely charming. In addition, with us you can relax with your four-legged friends. The cottage has a fabulous atmosphere of a country cottage and is heated by an atmospheric fireplace. Lighting is easy, with the help of firelighters or sticks, and wood is in abundance. In addition, on chilly nights, electric heaters can be turned on. Outside, we have adapted a hearth for grilling over a live fire, and a feasting area is arranged in the garden. Between the trees there are suspended hammocks, deck chairs stand and there is plenty of space where you can relax, indulge in reading or a nap. For interesting books, you can reach the bookshelf in the living room! The interior of the house is decorated in a relaxed but comfortable way. We have 2 separate bedrooms with double beds. Besides, there is a comfortable sofa bed in the living room for extra guests or a child. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances and accessories for cooking and baking. The bright dining room has a folding table and comfortable chairs. You'll find a couple of work nooks for you and efficient WiFi for browsing the Internet or catching up on the news. The cottage will comfortably accommodate 5 people, although we prefer 2-4 guests to stay. Offering peace and quiet, we also do not disturb the neighbors. Therefore, we do not offer the house for parties. Coffee in the morning? Choose which you prefer: from a pour-over coffee maker or from an Italian coffee machine? The kitchen is a huge asset of the place - it has a large worktop that invites you to make elaborate meals. A hob and electric oven, a large dishwasher, a capacious refrigerator with a freezer are the basis of a real home. In the cabinets you'll find all the necessary accessories, such as a mixer or a toaster. I made sure that guests feel at home here. The immediate area is ideal for hiking or biking, SUP, fishing, kayaking, walking or swimming in the numerous clean lakes nearby. Sobącki lake is less than 200 meters away by a private walkway - here there is a footbridge and a swimming area for the exclusive use of only a few neighboring houses. Hutowe and Polaszkowskie lakes are within a 20-minute walk. The crystal clear water will surprise many a connoisseur of bathing in open bodies of water. In autumn the nearest forest complexes tempt with mushrooms and berries. Nearby you will also find two lakes exclusively for fishing - bring your equipment if that's your thing! The biggest attraction of this part of Kashubia is the Wdzydze Landscape Park - in a straight line 5 km. In the opposite direction right near the house is the private Botanical Garden in Orlu and the Polaszkowski Protected Landscape Area. At a similar distance we have dining and shopping facilities. Restaurants in the vicinity are "Beech Forest" Inn, Stare Polaszki 13, Karczma Viking.
