We created this place as an oasis of tranquility that combines good design with the calming nature. This intimate house is located 70 meters from the banks of the Liwiec River, within the Natura 2000 area, in the buffer zone of the Nadbużański Landscape Park - and just 70 km from Warsaw. This unique location and easy access make it an ideal place to catch your breath. At your disposal, included in the accommodation price, is a sauna from which you can jump straight into the river. Additionally, if you wish, a friendly physiotherapist can provide massages for you - on the terrace under the trees, or in the living room with a view of the garden. The house is heated and comfortable at any time of the year. Thanks to the thick walls, it is cool in summer and warm and cozy in winter. Surrounded by a private garden full of endemic plants. In addition to electric heating, a fireplace and a supply of wood await you on-site. On warmer days, the wooden terrace, lush garden, and surrounding forests and nature reserves also entice with their tranquility. The house is designed for 2-6 people - cozy enough for a couple's stay and spacious enough for a group getaway. Inside, on the ground floor, you will find a living room connected to the kitchen, through which you can watch nature while lying on the sofa by the fireplace through the huge window. At the end of the garden, there is a gate that leads you straight to the river. Upstairs, there are 3 separate bedrooms, each with a soft double bed. We also have a travel cot for a child. The house has two comfortable bathrooms, each with heated floors, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. You will also find eco-friendly cosmetics (soap, shampoo, and conditioner) and a set of towels in them. In the well-equipped kitchen, basic products await you, such as coffee, tea, salt, sugar, and oil. You also have access to our small pantry, where you will always find canned tomatoes and pasta, as well as other small items. Guests have access to a washing machine with a dryer, a gas grill, garden furniture, toys for children, and beautiful views. From our neighbors, you can buy goat cheeses, honey, and farm eggs, arrange for a kayaking trip, or go horseback riding. There is also an artisan bakery nearby. A few hundred meters from the house begins the Educational Path of the Liwiec Valley, and for longer walks, we especially recommend the Jegiel Nature Reserve. In short: nature, harmony, and relaxation await you just 70 km from Warsaw.
