Domek nad Bugiem is a unique place where nature meets the comfort of a modern home. Located just 40 minutes drive from the center of Warsaw, surrounded by silence and greenery, it is the perfect haven for families and groups of friends looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The spacious house offers five cozy bedrooms that provide privacy and comfort for up to 13 people. The interiors are air-conditioned, and each room allows for individual temperature control. The living room with a fireplace and a TV with access to Netflix encourages shared relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen enables the preparation of home-cooked meals. An additional advantage is the office with a desk and a sofa bed, which can serve as a workspace or extra sleeping space. The huge garden is a true oasis for active relaxation. In the summer, guests have access to a private pool (open from May to September), sun loungers, comfortable garden sofas, a table for communal dining, and a grill (available from April to October). For the little ones, there is a playground and plenty of toys, and for relaxation enthusiasts – a private sauna. Scenic walking trails and opportunities for kayaking on the Bug await in the area. The house is fully autonomous – it uses a heat pump and solar panels, and security is ensured by anti-burglary shutters and an alarm system. There is a parking space on the premises. Guests can use WiFi, a washing machine, a dryer, exercise equipment, and numerous amenities for families with children (high chair, travel crib, children's dishes, safety gates). Staying at Domek nad Bugiem is a perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in nature, enjoy tranquility, and actively spend time outdoors. We warmly invite you – here every moment takes on special significance! The house is designed for peaceful, unhurried relaxation – no parties and no outdoor music, in an atmosphere of silence, nature, and mutual respect for neighbors. Firewood for the hot tub is not included in the price of the stay. You can bring your own wood (must be hardwood) or purchase it on-site for 200 PLN. A refundable deposit of 1500 PLN is charged for each reservation, returned in full within 14 days of the check-out date, provided that the house rules are not violated. Please note that the models of garden and recreational equipment (e.g., grill, hammock, patio furniture) may differ from those shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear and tear during guests' stays and the seasonality of some items.
