🌲FOREST COTTAGE SLOTH - NATURE, COMFORT, RELAXATION!\nThe Forest Cottage Sloth is a charming, fully equipped house designed for 8–10 adults and children. Pets are welcome. \nIt is the perfect place for both a weekend getaway and a longer stay – nature and recreation are within reach, and the drive from Warsaw takes only 45–60 minutes.\nThe cottage is ideal for families with children, groups of friends, as well as for a romantic getaway for two.\n\n💦 RELAXATION AND AMENITIES:\nOn the large, covered terrace, there is a heated jacuzzi with bubbles, where you can bathe even in cool weather (our record is -15°C!), a gas grill, and a large table for shared meals, while in the living room, there is a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sofa, and a multimedia projector – the perfect set for movie nights or musical sessions with friends.\n\nComfortable bedrooms and a fold-out corner sofa in the living room ensure a peaceful sleep for all guests. The fully equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator, oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, and sets of pots, kitchen utensils, plates, and cutlery, allowing you to fully prepare your meals independently.\n\nOn the property, there are also hammocks, a large lawn for games and fun, a fire pit, and free bicycles (3 for adults/teenagers).\n\n🌳 LOCATION AND NATURE\nThe cottage is located in a picturesque area by the forest and just a few minutes' walk from the clean and shallow Liwiec River, where you can sunbathe, swim, fish, or kayak. \nA bit further away is the larger Bug River.\nThe area is conducive to walking, cycling, mushroom picking, and relaxing outdoors. \n\nNearby are the towns of Łochów (8 km) and Wyszków (10 km) with restaurants, shops, and the option to order meals for delivery.\n\n👶 AMENITIES FOR CHILDREN:\nFor the youngest, we offer:\n- swings, a playhouse, and a trampoline,\n- a baby crib with bedding,\n- a high chair,\n- a footstool and a mini toilet seat.\n\nThis way, families can comfortably spend time at home and outdoors.\n\n⭐ MAIN ADVANTAGES\n- Heated jacuzzi with adjustable temperature – up to 40°C, also ideal in summer at 25°C.\n- Fireplace and electric heating – comfortable relaxation at any time of the year.\n- Multimedia projector and sound system.\n- Two separate bedrooms and the possibility of sleeping in the living room. A total of up to 8-10 people. The house has beds:\n - a 180x200cm bed in the large bedroom,\n - an 80x200cm bed in the large bedroom with a pull-out second mattress 80x200cm.\n - a 160x200cm bed in the small bedroom,\n - a 120x200cm sofa bed in the small bedroom,\n - a fold-out corner sofa with a sleeping area of about 140x200cm on the ground floor.\n\n- Large, covered terrace with a table and gas grill.\n- Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, washing machine.\n- Direct proximity to the forest and a few minutes' walk to the Liwiec River.\n- Amenities for children – trampoline, playhouse, swings, and a baby crib.\n- Local companies organize kayaking trips on the Liwiec and Bug rivers.\n- Close to shops and restaurants, with the possibility of ordering food for delivery. \n- Nearby is the Kaliska Stable with goats, horses, and rabbits. Goat cheese can also be purchased, and nearby are bread, eggs, and milk.\n\n📌 RENTAL CONDITIONS\n- Due to neighbors, we ask for respectful behavior and adherence to quiet hours, especially during gatherings on the terrace or by the fire pit. Loud parties are not accepted.\n- Check-in is usually possible from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out by 11:00 AM. There is a possibility of arriving and departing at other times, depending on other bookings. This can be confirmed a few days before arrival.\n- The price of the stay includes: bedding, towels, cleaning supplies, and wood for the fireplace and fire pit.\n- Pets are welcome, but please remember that a calm dog lives behind the fence.
