Polna Osada Nadkole II is a unique place where comfort meets nature. Located in picturesque Nadkole, the cottage is surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the Mazovian countryside, offering ideal conditions for relaxation with family or friends. The spacious, air-conditioned house can accommodate up to 9 people. Guests have access to 5 bedrooms, 6 comfortable beds, and a modern bathroom with a shower. The interiors are cozy and modern, heated and air-conditioned, ensuring comfort at any time of the year. The fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and a complete set of dishes and utensils) allows for the preparation of home-cooked meals. In the living room, you can relax by the TV, use the fast Wi-Fi, and find a workspace. Each cottage in Polna Osada has a private garden with a terrace, grill (available from April to October), garden furniture, and loungers, allowing you to fully enjoy the fresh air and the peace of the surroundings. On the private terrace, there is a wooden-fired hot tub with a jacuzzi function – perfect for relaxing evenings under the stars. The tub is exclusively for the guests of this house. 🌲 Shared relaxation and activity area Guests of Polna Osada can enjoy a shared relaxation area, which includes: a heated outdoor pool (open from May to September) with the possibility of covering, allowing it to be used even on cooler or rainy days, a sauna, a small gym with basic exercise equipment, a green area with loungers, ideal for relaxing in nature. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on-site. Polna Osada Nadkole II is an excellent base for active recreation – walks in pine forests, cycling trips, or family barbecues under the open sky will allow you to fully enjoy the closeness of nature and the tranquility of the area. 💰 Refundable deposit A refundable deposit of 1000 PLN is required for each reservation as a security for any potential damages. The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days after the end of the stay, provided that the property and its equipment remain in good condition. In case of damages exceeding the amount of the deposit, the guest is financially responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items. We gladly welcome dogs and cats, provided they have their own bedding and do not use the furniture — in case of the need to clean the furniture from fur, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the deposit. Firewood for the hot tub is not included in the price of the stay. You can bring your own wood or purchase a set of firewood with kindling (sufficient for about two uses) on-site for 150 PLN. Please note that the models of garden and recreational equipment (e.g., grill, hammock, terrace furniture) may differ from those shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear and tear during guest stays and the seasonality of some items.
