Polna Osada Nadkole III is a unique place where comfort meets nature. Located in picturesque Nadkole, the cottage is surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the Mazovian countryside, creating ideal conditions for relaxation with family or friends. Guests have access to two cozy bedrooms, a spacious living room conducive to spending time together, a fully equipped kitchen, and a functional bathroom. The interiors are bright, modern, and air-conditioned, ensuring comfort at any time of the year. The house also offers fast Wi-Fi and applications like YouTube and Netflix, allowing you to fully relax while enjoying the comforts of home. Each cottage in Polna Osada has a private terrace with a grill (not available in winter) and garden furniture, perfect for peaceful mornings with coffee or evening gatherings with loved ones. On the private terrace, there is a wooden-fired hot tub with a jacuzzi function – ideal for relaxing evenings under the stars. The hot tub is exclusively for the guests of this house. Firewood for the hot tub is not included in the price of the stay. You can bring your own firewood or purchase a wood package on-site (sufficient for about two uses) for 150 PLN. Shared relaxation and activity area Guests of Polna Osada have access to a shared relaxation area, which includes: a heated outdoor pool – with the possibility of covering it in rainy weather (open from May to September), a sauna, and a gym. Hot tub starter kit wood package (sufficient for about two uses) for 150 PLN. Free parking is available on-site. Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Polna Osada Nadkole III is the perfect place for nature lovers, tranquility, and comfort – where every moment becomes a true retreat. Pets We gladly welcome dogs and cats, provided they have their own bedding and do not use the furniture — in case of the need to clean the furniture from fur, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the deposit. Refundable deposit We charge a refundable deposit of 1000 PLN for each reservation, which serves as security in case of any damages. The deposit will be fully refunded within 14 days after the end of the stay, provided the property and its equipment remain in good condition. In case of damages exceeding the amount of the deposit, the guest is financially responsible for the full cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items. Please note that the models of garden and recreational equipment (e.g., grill, hammock, terrace furniture) may differ from those shown in the photos. This is due to natural wear and tear during guest stays and the seasonality of some items.
