Jacuzzi available from October ! Cottage on Ubocy is a mountain haven where you will relax from the daily hustle and bustle among green meadows and forest. The cottage is located on a hill, away from other buildings, with picturesque views, where peace and quiet will be your companions throughout your stay. None in the immediate vicinity of other buildings. On a very large area there are only 2 cottages- "Cottage on Ubocy" and our new facility "Small Cottage on Ubocy" next to the forest (distance between cottages up to 100 m). Our cottage is ideal for a trip with a group of friends or a family with children. It is also a great place for a romantic stay for two, where coffee and conversation together on the large terrace with a breathtaking view of the mountains will give you true relaxation. The cottage has 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and an armchair with the possibility of unfolding, a desk, a lamp, a closet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed, a closet, an armchair and a mezzanine entrance (140x200 mattress for 1 adult, or 2 children 11 years and older). In addition, the living room can sleep 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, which will allow you to prepare your favorite dishes. However, if you will want to take a break from the culinary 'voyage' there are a couple of nice eating places in Bialy Dunajec, where you can eat on the spot, or order takeaway. One child under the age of 3, is not included in the total number of guests. We will prepare facilities for the toddler free of charge by prior arrangement (travel crib, bath tub, feeding chair ) Next to the cottage there is a playground, barbecue, a place for a bonfire and a SPA area - a large Finnish sauna, which is great after mountain hiking and a large Jacuzzi 225 cm (extra fee). Jacuzzi - first session 350 zł for 4 h, each subsequent session 250 zł for 4h, water change cleaning 150 zł. Sauna - each session started 120 zł the first hour , each subsequent 40 zł. Replacement of towels, bed linen - 30 zł. For non-motorized people we have nice information that in the near distance there are bus/bus stops and a railway station. On the day of arrival of guests may be charged a deposit of 500-1000 PLN, payable in cash on the spot. The deposit is returned after checking the cottage and not finding any irregularities on it. We agree to organize birthdays, hen parties by prior arrangement (except for bachelor parties and "18" birthdays). We do not accept groups of friends whose age does not exceed 20 years. We accept an adult, well-behaved dog/cat of a smaller breed. We do not agree to leave the pet alone in the house ( only in a cage specially designed for the pet). We ask you to maintain order after the dog / cat on the premises. There is a fee for a stay with a pet ( 100 PLN per stay) The cottage is on a hill. In winter you need good tires, and in case of heavy snow even chains. In case of temporary difficulties with the driveway, you can leave your car 100 m below the cottage. You are cordially invited! HOUSE RULES AND REGULATIONS "COTTAGE ON THE OUTSKIRTS" Dear guests we are very pleased to welcome you to our "Cottage on Ubocy". We make every effort to make your stay with us the best in every way ;) Here are some simple rules that prevail in our facility: 1. Check-in at the facility begins on the day of arrival at 15:00 and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure. It is possible to leave luggage by prior arrangement with the owner. 2. The remaining balance of the stay should be paid on the day of arrival. Form of payment: cash. 3. Failure to use the entire stay as a result of later arrival or earlier departure than specified in the reservation, does not result in a reduction in payment for the service. 4. The deposit is returned on the day of departure, when no damage or destruction is found. 5. Any defects noticed in the property should be reported on the day of arrival after accommodation, as guests are materially responsible for any damage and destruction of items of equipment. 6. We do not take responsibility for items left throughout the property without security. The fee for losing a key is 50 PLN. 7. Non-registered persons may stay in the facility only with the knowledge and consent of the facility owner. Guests of the facility are not allowed to stay overnight with third/party non-registered guests. In the event of such a fact, additional accommodation costs will be charged. 8. The entire cottage, with equipment and adjacent land is at your exclusive disposal. 9. Public areas of the resort are monitored and recorded. Surveillance recordings are deleted after 30 days and are properly secured against unauthorized access. The monitoring is used to improve the safety of Guests of the Ubocy Cottage. The monitoring data can be made available only at the request of the relevant services. By making a reservation, the Guest declares that he/she agrees to have his/her image recorded on the premises 10. The windows and doors should be closed ruthlessly every time you leave (go out) outside the cottage. 11. During the "heating" season, the cottage is heated with electric radiant heaters. Therefore, we ask that: a. absolutely do not hang anything on the radiators or cover them with anything. First of all, any obscuring of the radiator reduces its heating capacity, and secondly, there is also a risk of ignition/fire (the clothes dryer is located in the vestibule). b. when ventilating the premises, do not leave windows and/or doors open for more than 5 minutes. After this time, all heating will turn off automatically. c. adjust the temperature in the rooms to your preference, using the control installed in each heater. 12. Parking on the premises is intended for guests of our facility. Parking is free and unguarded. The owner is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot and things in them. 13. Smoking and the use of open flame is strictly prohibited in the facility. In the event of smoke will activate the fire alarm. 14. Prohibition of the use of barbecue on the terrace. The barbecue should be used away from the cottage and the playground. 15. Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and behavior of children in and around the premises. 16. The owner of the facility is not responsible for any damage, health injuries suffered on the premises and injuries caused by improper use of the playground and other infrastructure. 17. It is forbidden to bring animals into the house. 18. If the owner agrees to stay with the pet then we ask you to maintain order after the animal on the property. We do not agree to leave the animal alone in the house. Only in a special cage. The area is fenced. 19. Moving around the property in shoes and ski boots is not allowed. 20. The mezzanine on the first floor is intended for children over 12 years of age and adults. 21. Trash garbage cans are located outside the building. Please take your garbage outside regularly. 22. The price of services provided by the landlord does not include insurance. Guests use the services at their own risk. For injuries sustained, damage, destruction, theft of luggage of the Tenant during their stay at the Ubocy Cottage, the facility is not responsible. 23.
