You are cordially invited to the house at Joanna's! The location of the facility is the town of Przezmark, which is located in the Pomeranian province. The cottages are located in the buffer zone of the Iława Lake District and Dylewskie Hills Landscape Park on Lake Motława Wielka. The surrounding area is rich in forest bike paths and hiking trails. The houses are located a few steps from an old deciduous forest. In summer the forest provides shelter from the heat and in autumn it encourages mushroom hunters to search for mushrooms. Wooden cottage No. 1 (65 m2 - 10 people max) A lovely, year-round wooden house with full equipment (gas stove with electric oven, two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, grill, washing machine, two TVs, WI-FI). The cottage has two large bedrooms on the first floor, with two double beds in each. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, which overlooks the garden with a playground and the greenery of the surrounding woods. On the first floor is the living room, which has two sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), two armchairs, a TV and a fireplace. In winter it heats the entire house. The house has one bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. On the large terrace we have prepared for our guests a brick barbecue and a large table with chairs. You can also relax on the covered terrace, swinging in the stork's nest swing or on the seat, while your children play carefree in the playground within your sight. The area around the cottage is fully fenced with an adult swing and playground. Around the house there is plenty of space to let off steam (the plot area is more than 500 m2). We also have a fire pit for you. There is also a paddle boat for 5 people. The distance to the lake is about 250m, and to the forest is about 300m. Unique attractions in the area: - Fishing (fishing permits on the GRYB Ilawa website), - Cycling trips among the forests and fields of the Oberland, - Mushroom picking, - Swimming in the lakes of the Iława Lake District (Motława Wielka, Jeziorak, Lake Witoszewskie, etc.), - Walks in the surrounding forests, - Trips to Malbork, Ilawa, Gdansk, Elblag, Pasleka, Morag, Zalew, Olsztyn, Olsztynek, Frombork, etc.), - Tour of the Teutonic castle in Przezmark (be sure to see the episode "Buy the castle" starring Mrs. Jolanta and Ryszard von Pilachowski), - Boat cruise on the waters and grass (!) of the Elbląg Canal with its system of 19th century slipways - a unique monument of technology on a global scale, - Brine graduation towers in Miłomłyn, - Paintball in Jakubowo, - Vistula Lagoon and many, many others. In Przezmark there are two grocery stores, a barbecue bar and a restaurant at the inn "OSTOJA" where delicious home-cooked meals and game dishes are served. Breakfasts can also be ordered there.
