Description
You are invited to a unique escape into a world of silence, nature and nostalgia. Less than an hour's drive from Warsaw, on a gentle hill with a vineyard, awaits a secluded place that can be called a true haven for two. Surrounded by greenery, where the panorama of the Novomiejski Lagoon and forest landscapes weave a tale for the senses, you will discover a space full of history and charm. A grapevine house on a stone foundation, wrapped in dense ivy, tempts you with its own pond and intimate beach. Inside, there is an atmosphere of rustic luxury - massive larch furniture, whitewashed walls, brick floors, and raw beams on the ceiling, bearing traces of yesteryear and craftsmanship. In the living room, a centrally located tiled stove, in addition to warmth, adds magic - you can cook simple dishes or bake bread at it, transporting yourself with thoughts to the old days. A sideboard full of pottery, glasses and copper dishes bathed in shimmering reflections completes this fairy-tale atmosphere. The mezzanine bedroom, with its large larch bed, invites you to evenings full of relaxation and intimacy, all complemented by charming wooden shutters. Located on the waterfront, surrounded by greenery and in close proximity to a vineyard, this 40-square-meter cottage is a place where every detail is conducive to a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The 1.5-acre site, amid orchards and gardens, opens up to a view of the Sona River valley, meadows and vast forests. The vineyard also provides access to the very shore of the lagoon, creating ideal conditions for walking and contemplating nature. Although our permanent residents - a horse, cats and a dog - will occasionally honor a visit over the fence, we cannot invite your pets.
