Our house is the ideal retreat for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and immerse themselves in nature! Located in the middle of the Jerte Valley, our Finca offers a relaxing environment where you can reconnect with nature and enjoy authentic experiences. It is built under a sustainable philosophy in the middle of a farm with spectacular views of the Garganta de los Infiernos Natural Reserve and the Jerte Valley. The farm has 2ha of land where you can walk among cherry, plum, and other fruit trees, with organic orchards, ponds and a stream that runs along the farm. The singing of the birds, the sound of the water falling from the stream, harvesting the crops in the orchard? Pure nature from the first moment. The space Two-storey house. On the first floor is the living room, dining room and kitchen with island, all open plan with large windows to enjoy the best views of the Jerte Valley. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms with king size beds 2x2 with the possibility of separating two of the rooms in single beds. Each room has its own individual bathroom. Services and common areas Terrace overlooking the entire Jerte Valley and the extensive fields of cherry trees. The terrace of Cerrás Agroturismo is divided into two areas, it becomes an ideal place to read a good book, relax and have a glass of wine admiring the incredible panoramic view that can be seen from our porch. The porch is made of chestnut wood with a dining table of three meters so that you can enjoy meals, the after-dinner conversation, the siesta, the wonderful views of the valley. Infinity pool with overflowing water. The water is kept clean by salt, which makes it more sustainable by not generating any waste, more natural, by not using chemicals such as chlorine, and inhibits the formation of bacteria and algae, acting on the skin as a mild natural antiseptic. An excellent place that invites you to cool off and sunbathe with a magnificent view of the valley and its mountains. Other highlights Cerrás Agroturismo is 100% self-sufficient. From the beginning we have wanted to build a totally self-sufficient, sustainable house that will have a minimum impact on the environment. Being in the middle of nature, we are not connected to any kind of public network, so we have to do it with the natural resources that nature gives us. Luz The light of Cerrás Agroturismo is obtained from solar panels that generate electricity through sunlight. This electricity is stored in batteries to keep it for the night and the days when there is no sun. We also have a generator for any emergency that may arise. Water for Human Consumption Water is obtained from a source in a quarry on our Finca. This water is stored in tanks at the top of the farm and through the slope down to the house where it is purified for use. Sanitary Hot Water, Heating and Refrigeration It is obtained through another renewable energy, the Aerotermia. Aerothermal energy uses the energy from the air and electricity from solar panels to heat the interior of the house and to heat domestic hot water.
