Cozy Rural House El Pedrosu: A refuge in the heart of Asturian nature Welcome to El Pedrosu, our charming rural house located in the picturesque village that bears its name, in the parish of Espinareu, within the Council of Piloña. Just a few kilometers from Infiesto, this region is a paradise of deep valleys and lush forests, ideal for those looking to disconnect, relax, and recharge surrounded by nature. The hospitality of the area, its rich culture, and the delicious Asturian cuisine combine with lush landscapes to make El Pedrosu a perfect choice. From here, you can enjoy outdoor activities and incredible routes such as The Path of the Foces del Río Infierno, suitable for all audiences, or venture into Vízcares, ideal for lovers of more demanding hiking. Both routes start from the recreational area of La Pesanca, located just a few kilometers from the house. Distribution and equipment The house maintains the traditional Asturian style and is distributed over two floors: - Exterior: - Small porch-reception - Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying moments outdoors - Ground floor: - Cozy living room with sofa and Smart TV with Wi-Fi - Fully equipped kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, and kitchenware - Room with two single beds of 90cm and a complete and private bathroom with shower - Upper floor: - Double room with a 135 cm bed - Open double room with a 150 cm bed - Access to the balcony or corridor with views of the terrace and access to the bathroom - Complete bathroom with bathtub, WC, bidet, and washing machine Additional information - The area has limited phone coverage but there is Wi-Fi in the house - Hot water via electric heater - Pets: Allowed upon request with a supplement of 5 €/night per pet, maximum 2 pets - Travel cot: Available upon prior request, subject to availability, and with a supplement of 5 €/night We look forward to welcoming you to El Pedrosu, your perfect refuge to discover the magic of Asturias!
