Description
The 125 m2 house is located in the village of Regiel about 5 km from Elk on Lake Regelskie. It consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and a cinema room upstairs, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom downstairs. Both bedrooms are equipped with 160 cm beds. The downstairs living room is equipped with a sofa bed. In addition, the house is equipped with air conditioning (bedrooms + downstairs living room) washer-dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, oven, microwave. It is located on a plot of 1800 m2, which is at the exclusive disposal of our guests. In the garden you can use a table with chairs, deck chairs and a barbecue. The plot has access to the lake where we have prepared a beach. In addition, in the area there is a playground for children, a trampoline, a place for a bonfire, a rowboat, a pedal boat. On the common area at the disposal of guests is an outdoor swimming pool with dimensions of 10x5m and a depth of 120 cm (open from June to September). The house is located closest to the water so it has a beautiful view of the entire lake from the upper bedrooms. It is a house of a higher standard. Please note that the mini spa is an additional fee.
