Mountain Calm is in accordance with the name, a place where you can take a deep breath, taking in the crisp mountain air, recharge your batteries and forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life, admiring the starry sky, listening to the hooting of owls, savoring the scents of wild nature. In Michalowice in the Giant Mountains - a charming summer resort at the foot of the Snowy Kettles - there are seven year-round, wooden cottages for 6 people. Our facility is located on the outskirts under the forest, near the Karkonosze National Park. We offer our guests comfortable, stylishly furnished cottages (including one with a fireplace ,,goat"), consisting of two bedrooms on the first floor, including one with a continental double bed. On the first floor there is a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a large table for 6 people, a comfortable armchair and a 50 inch TV with access to Netflix and other platforms, a fully equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery, pots, coffee, tea), and a bathroom with a shower. Each cottage is decorated with a photo of the Giant Mountains taken by the Host, who is passionate about photography. In addition to the comfortable cottages, there is a possibility of using a mini SPA area in the form of a wood-fired sauna and a whirlpool tub, which is located in a secluded part of the plot under the forest. We also have a fireplace with two brick barbecues and a feasting shelter. A playground has been prepared for the youngest guests. We love animals - you are welcome with your pets. Other information: - Prices for 1 day. - Pet fee: 25 zl/day. - Minimum length of stay: 2 nights - Towels are included in the price of your stay (for face and body). -Each time you rent a cottage, the guest is required to transfer a deposit of 500 zł to our bank account before arrival. The deposit of 1000 PLN applies in the case of organization of events such as New Year's Eve, bachelor / bachelorette party, etc. Failure to pay the deposit is equivalent to cancellation of the reservation. The deposit is refundable/receivable on your bank account within 3 working days in full or in part in the case of non-identification/confirmation of damage or deficiencies in the equipment of the cottage.- Rental of a campfire site (basket of wood, kindling + sticks for sausages) - 50 zł. Each additional basket of wood - 50 zł/unit. - Wi-FI is available on the premises of both facilities. Please note that in the case of cottages in Michalowice due to ----- mobile Internet and mountainous terrain access may be limited. The weakest range has the Twarożnik cottage, and the best range has the Szyszak cottage and cottages near it. - Extension of the night on the day of departure is chargeable. If you wish to leave later than 10 am, please contact us at least on the day before check-out. The SPA area consists of an 8-person wood-fired dry sauna and an 8-person wood-fired hot tub. The sauna and balia operate on Saturdays from 7 pm to 10 pm and are included in the price of accommodation (valid until March 31, 25). Outside these days, it is possible to rent the sauna for exclusive use. Below is the price list. Balia: - 1 hour - 250 zł - 2 hours - 400 zł - each additional hour - 100 zł Sauna: - 1 hour - 150 zł - each subsequent hour - 100 zł Entire SPA: - 1 hour - 350 zł - 2 hours - 550 zł - each additional hour - 200 zł * Willingness to fire the tub and sauna should be reported when booking accommodation, and at the latest one day before the planned use, because the time to heat the water (tub) can be up to 10 hours depending on weather conditions. ** When heating the balia and sauna from ''zero'' the minimum rental time is two hours Attractions nearby: - Karkonosze and Karkonosze National Park (nearby there are hiking trails leading to Śnieżne Kotły, Szrenica, Shelter Pod Łabskim Szczytem, Black Jagniątkowski Cauldron and Szklarki Waterfall), - a dense network of singletracks has also been created nearby (the Rowere Olbrzymy Range) with varying degrees of difficulty, so fans of two wheels will be delighted, - we recommend taking a walk to the Golden View viewing platform, as well as a little farther to a disused granite quarry, which also offers brilliant panoramas of the Giant Mountains, - it is also worth visiting the nearby Julia Glassworks in Piechowice, Chojnik Castle, Cieplickie Thermal Baths or the Miniature Park of Lower Silesian Monuments in Kowary.
