HATTA is a year-round wooden house, located secluded on 3,500 meters of private forest, within the White Forest, among dozens of pine trees, several of which are over a hundred years old, and among juniper bushes, with pro-health properties. It is only 45-50 minutes away by car from Warsaw, along the route to Wyszków. As for the house itself - the front elevation features four windows, each 165 cm wide, making a total of 660 cm of glazing, which can be covered and uncovered at will with dedicated wooden blinds. the 35 sqm of the first floor is augmented by a mezzanine and two atmospheric and covered terraces - a northeastern one half the size of the house, where the sun greets us in the morning and which provides shelter in hot weather, and a smaller southwestern one, the one that gets more sun during the day until the sun sets. We also built a huge outdoor terrace thinking of groups and workshops (*we can accommodate you in neighboring friendly cottages). It accommodates, for example, a dozen yoga mats. In opposite corners of the bungalow on the first floor, there are two hammocks (which children especially like) and where you will be able to comfortably immerse yourself in reading, regardless of the weather, looking up at the sky and treetops. In the period from autumn to spring there are practically no neighbors, only "summer visitors" appear. Therefore, the place is quiet and peaceful. We also try to respect the quietness of the night. HATTA is a modern barn, with many amenities inside and outside, such as underfloor heating throughout the cottage, including the bathroom, as well as an atmospheric fireplace, comfortable loungers, with a view to a comfortable rest, regardless of the season and weather. We have an outdoor wood-fired bathtub - such a "forest spa" under the stars ;) and comfortable rocking loungers for relaxation. To choose - an indoor or outdoor(!) fireplace and grill/fireplace. So, there are quite a few attractions, in the facility itself as well as in the surrounding area. We will recommend local attractions if you ask for it.
