HATTA is a year-round wooden house, located in a secluded area on 3,500 meters of private forest, in the Biała Forest, among dozens of pines, several of which are over a hundred years old, and among juniper bushes, known for their health benefits. It is only 45-50 minutes by car from Warsaw, along the route to Wyszków. As for the house itself - the front elevation features four windows, each 165 cm wide, creating a total glazing length of 660 cm, which we can freely cover and uncover with dedicated wooden blinds. The 35 m2 ground floor is extended by a mezzanine and two atmospheric covered terraces - a northeast one, half the size of the house, where the sun greets us in the morning and provides shelter during hot days, and a smaller southwest one, which is sunnier during the day until sunset. We have also built a huge outdoor terrace, which can accommodate several yoga mats and is perfect for intimate summer workshops or picnics. In opposite corners of the house on the upper floor, there are two hammocks (which children particularly enjoy) where you can comfortably chill, regardless of the weather, gazing at the sky and the treetops. From autumn to spring, there are practically no neighbors here, as "summer residents" only appear later. Therefore, the place is quiet and peaceful. We also try to adhere to the night silence. HATTA is a modern barn, equipped with many amenities inside and out, including air conditioning and a fireplace, an outdoor wood-fired hot tub - a "forest spa" under the stars ;) and comfortable, designer furniture, designed for a relaxing stay. You can choose between an indoor or outdoor(!) fireplace and a grill/fire pit. There are plenty of walking and cycling trails, and two rivers within 5 km - Bug and Narew. So there are many attractions, both in the property and in the area. We will recommend local attractions if you ask for it.
