Slava is a picturesque town located in Lubuskie province, which offers an opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of big cities. Slava Lake, surrounded by beautiful forests, is an ideal place for nature and silence lovers. Here you can stroll along numerous paths, enjoying the fresh air and birdsong, and relax by the water's edge, admiring the sunsets. Fame also offers a variety of water activities, such as sailing, kayaking and fishing. This is a place where time passes more slowly and you can recharge your batteries in harmony with nature. The cottages consist of a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a kitchenette and a bathroom, the first floor consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. In the garden there is a jacuzzi for guests, a barbecue area and deck chairs for relaxation. Each additional person staying overnight in the resort which was not taken into account when making the reservation will be charged a penalty of 500 PLN per night. The Lessee is obliged to use the holiday home in accordance with its characteristics and purpose. The Lessee may not change the interior decoration. The technical condition of the equipment and furnishings and the aesthetics of the rooms of the holiday home and its surroundings, may not be, on the day of acceptance by the Lessor, in a deteriorated state in relation to the state in which the holiday home was handed over to the Lessee § 2. The Lessee may not lend or sublet the vacation home to others. Staying in the chalet for a greater number of people than specified in the reservation on the portal is categorically prohibited and is subject to a FINE for each additional person in the amount of 500 PLN per person for each day of stay started. On the premises of the facility it is prohibited for guests to stay without the consent of the landlord. § 3. The tenant at the time of receipt of the cottage is required to pay a guarantee deposit of 1000 PLN (in words, one thousand zlotys). § 4. The guarantee deposit shall be returned to the Lessee within 7 days after the end of the stay, in the unused portion to cover any damage to the holiday home and its equipment arising during the rental. The Lessee undertakes to cover the damage in full cost of its removal, on the day of return of the cottage. § 4.1 In case of damage to the house, which will result in exclusion from use, the Lessee agrees to cover the full cost of repair along with payment of the rental fee of the house during the period of removal of the resulting defects. In the case of the above situation, the damage will be valued by an independent expert. § 5. In matters not covered by this agreement, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply. § 6. Curfew begins at 10:00 p.m. and remains in effect until 6:00 a.m. Please also note that curfew does not entitle you to blatantly disturb the silence during daylight hours. While relaxing, please remember the rules of social intercourse to remember your vacation time pleasantly. § 7. JACUZZI RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. General provisions 1.1 Jacuzzi is an integral part of Holiday Hossa House 391 Resort and the general rules and regulations of the facility, as well as this one, apply to it. 1.2 Before using the Jacuzzi tub, users are required to read and abide by these rules and regulations. 1.3 The tub is available to all users of the house. 1.4 Before bathing in the Jacuzzi tub, the entire body must be washed in the shower with soap and warm water. 1.5 It is imperative to remove footwear before entering the bathtub. 1.6 The jacuzzi may be used only by healthy persons or persons whose ailments do not constitute contraindications. 1.7 The user is responsible for the health consequences of using the Jacuzzi personally and at his own risk. 1.8 Children under 12 years of age may be in the jacuzzi tub only under the supervision of adults and at their risk. 1.9 The jacuzzi can be used from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m 2. Contraindications for using the Jacuzzi: cardiovascular dysfunctions, respiratory dysfunctions, neurological and gastrointestinal dysfunctions, pregnancy (only after medical consultation), infectious diseases, externally visible dermatological conditions, dressings, hypertension, diabetes, allergy, chlorine allergy, inflammation of the urinary tract, ringworm, epilepsy, varicose veins, chronic diseases, genital diseases. 3. It is forbidden: use the Jacuzzi while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants, use the jacuzzi with more than 5 people, bring any objects or chemical substances into the bathtub, e.g. shampoos, soaps, oils, bath salts, etc. use the Jacuzzi and eat food items at the same time, immerse head and face, indecent behavior, or behavior considered socially indecent or offensive. 4. Instructions for using the Jacuzzi: entering/exiting the hot tub only at the marked place with extreme caution. priority is given to the person exiting the tub. no more than 5 people can be in the tub at one time. it is recommended to stay in the bath max. 30min. bathing in the tub is done only in a sitting position. § 8. The resort is not responsible for valuables and cash left in houses, rooms and on the premises of the resort. § 9. A parking lot is available to guests. The area of the resort is closed and monitored, but unguarded. The owner of the Resort is not responsible for vehicles left in the parking lot. The landlord is obliged to close the gate after entering and leaving the resort, in case of failure to comply with this point a penalty of 300 PLN for the entire stay will be charged. § 10. Any defects arising during the use of the house or jacuzzi must be reported to the owner on an ongoing basis by telephone, otherwise the cost of repair may be charged to the tenants. § 11. Rules and regulations for monitoring and sharing of monitoring recordings. The purpose of the video surveillance system is to ensure public safety and order and protection of persons and property on the premises of the Holiday Hossa House 391 Resort. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) RODO - the legitimate interest of the Administrator, i.e. in order to maintain the secrecy of information, the disclosure of which could expose the Administrator to harm, which allows the provision of Article 22 Data Recipient. Area and principles of monitoring The entire area of the Holiday Hossa House 391 Resort is covered by video surveillance. 1.1.The recordings from the video surveillance system include only the image recorded by the cameras (without sound). 1.2.Video surveillance is carried out 24 hours a day. 1.3.Video surveillance recordings will be stored depending on the size of the recorded data - until the data is overwritten, no longer than three months from the date of recording. In cases where the video recordings constitute evidence in proceedings under the law, this period shall be extended until the proceedings are legally concluded. After the expiration of these periods, the image recordings obtained as a result of monitoring, which contain personal data, shall be destroyed. 2. Protection of personal data The Administrator shall comply with the obligation under Article 13 of the RODO, i.e. with respect to data subjects whose image has been recorded by means of the video surveillance system. 3. Final provisions 3.1 Personal data recorded by means of the video surveillance system are subject to protection, do not constitute public information, are confidential information within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data, are not subject to disclosure to unauthorized entities. 3.2 Persons who have access to the actual image or archival recordings from the video surveillance system are obliged to comply with the law on the protection of personal data. § 17. The lessee declares that he/she has familiarized himself/herself with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, as well as the "rules and regulations", which are an integral part of this agreement.
