Charming wooden house (55m2+30 terrace) in the nature of the Holy Cross Mountains. Many benefits: away from the hustle and bustle of cities for all those who crave peace, quiet and greenery. Located at the end of the village, close to Bodzentyn, in a valley surrounded by hills, close to the Sieradowicki Landscape Park on foot. The area offers walking and biking paths, proximity to attractions as well as the Swietokrzyski National Park (20 minutes by car). The cottage consists of: an open space with a kitchenette and a bathroom. Large sliding doors lead to a terrace of about 30 m2. On the first floor, an open space with two single beds and one double bed at floor level. There are also two additional mattresses. The cottage has a projector and a pull-out screen, you just need your laptop:) At the disposal of guests: the area around the house (fenced 45 acres), two sheds, a designated fireplace/grill (wood available to guests)and a swimming pool under a dome cover (operating June-August/September(depending on the weather)). A place for those who like peace and quiet. Maximum of 4 people. Absolute prohibition of loud behavior or parties. No smoking in the cottage. Prohibition of walking in shoes. Prohibition on bringing animals into the cottage. Mandatory garbage segregation/composting. There is also a second cottage in the area, where the owner or other guests may sometimes stay. So the area or pool then are shared. Remember that you are going to meet nature, so if you are unwell from mosquito bites be careful and take appropriate specifics with you. Also consider that nature is abundant with many different creatures that may want to greet you through open doors or windows:) Contact with the host of the facility is possible from 9:00 - 22:00.
