Jaworowy Stok

Jaworowy Stok is a sprawling property located on the southern slope of Great Owl. It offers magnificent distant views and extensive fenced grounds perfect for complete relaxation. Jaworowy Stok is the starting point for trips to Wroclaw (80 km) the capital of Lower Silesia, Krakow (260 km) and Prague (200 km) the capital of the Czech Republic and Dresden (200 km) the capital of Saxony and other sights of the Sudetenland. There are 5 sleeping rooms (10 beds) living room, kitchen, dressing room, two bathrooms. Heating by electricity (underfloor heating radiators in the bedrooms) and air conditioning. On the first floor there are; dressing room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, toilet and living room (40sqm) with fireplace, large table and TV 65 inches. From the living room there is an exit to the viewing terrace. Separated by a door, there is a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with single beds and two bedrooms with double beds and exits to balconies. A large attic hall with a stone fireplace is also a place to watch TV. The bathroom including toilet is equipped with a shower and washing machine. The new, comfortable residential house "Jaworowy Stok" is located on a one-hectare fenced area adjacent to the Owl Mountains Landscape Park, very peaceful and sunny, with mountain views for 60 km. The stylish house is integrated into nature: forest, meadows, natural stone, stream, ponds. A relaxing stay for guests is provided by "nature" - the green of the forest, flowering meadows, natural erratic stone, a mountain stream with a well-kept recreational garden, orchard and vineyard.
