The property consists of two independent rooms with private bathrooms and a common living area including a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. This layout makes the house an ideal retreat for both two families and a group of friends - the shared living room is conducive to spending time together, while the separate rooms provide comfort and privacy. The house is situated on a large, charming plot, 600 meters above sea level, at the end of a local road, right on the border of the Owl Mountains Landscape Park. This exceptionally quiet and peaceful place allows you to fully breathe away from the daily hustle and bustle and recharge your batteries surrounded by nature. The surrounding area - as well as the entire Klodzko Basin - abounds in numerous tourist and natural attractions: from activities in the air and on the water (such as rafting on the Klodzka Nysa in Bard), through mountain hiking on trails, including the Main Sudeten Route, to cycling on the routes of the MTB Sudeten Zone. There are also unique places of historical and natural significance nearby, including: Fortresses and undergrounds: Srebrna Góra (the largest mountain fortress in Europe), Klodzko Fortress, Riese Complex, Nowa Ruda Coal Mine, Gold Mine and Uranium Mine. Lookout towers: Kalenica, Wielka Sowa, Włodzicka Mountain, Trójgarb, Borowa, St. Anne's Mountain, All Saints' Mountain, Klodzka Mountain. Castles and palaces: Grodno Castle, Książ Castle, Marianna of Orange's Palace, Sarny Castle.
