Karolówka Nad Osławą is a place located on the border between the Bieszczady and the Low Beskids. We welcome pets free of charge; the house is situated on a securely fenced property (25 ares). The fence is made of steel mesh and is 1.5 meters high. The house is nestled among fruit trees and shrubs with private access to a green beach and a spot for a bonfire by the river. Cherry, apple, and sour cherry trees provide soothing shade on hot days. Under them, you can relax in a hammock or a Brazilian chair, or sit at the table and light the grill. You can help yourself to fruit from the orchard, or you can order a vegetarian one-course dinner from us. This is a place that offers both peaceful and active relaxation. Just a few steps from the house is a green beach on the picturesque, warm, mountain river Osława. It’s the perfect spot for swimming—both for children (in the shallow areas) and adults (in the deeper parts). You can build a bonfire on the beach. It’s also an excellent spot for fishing. For those who prefer active recreation, the surrounding area offers plenty of attractions. Dirt roads wind through fragrant meadows and green forests, inviting you to go on hiking and biking trips (bike rentals are available). In winter, the immediate vicinity of the property offers excellent terrain for ski touring. Ski stations and lifts are nearby. There is also something for nature and landscape photography enthusiasts—the area is rich in waterfowl and birds of prey, and in the evening, roe deer and red deer emerge onto the nearby clearings at the edge of the forest.The comfortable ground-floor apartment is for exclusive use and is fully equipped. Our guests have access to a TV, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a stove, an oven, pots, and pans in the living room with kitchen. Bedroom 1 features a large 180x200 cm bed, a wardrobe, side tables, a radio, bedside lamps, and high-speed Wi-Fi. In bedroom 2, there is a 320x200 cm bed, a TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large wardrobe, bedside lamps, books, and regional guidebooks. Adjacent to Bedroom 2, just outside the door, is a kitchenette with access to the porch and garden. The living room with kitchen features a 160x200 cm sofa bed (futon-style mattress) and a large table. The kitchen is fully equipped (stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, set of pots, plates, cups, cutlery, spices, oil, olive oil, coffee, and tea). The bathroom is equipped with soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. The building has central heating. The surrounding area is rich in mineral springs. Nearby resorts include Iwonicz, Rymanów, Krynica, and Polańczyk. Sulfide water with health-promoting properties is available on the premises. We offer our guests the opportunity to purchase honey, white cheese, milk, and butter. The apartment is for exclusive use; when you book, you can be sure that you will be the only guests in the house, in the garden, and on the beach during your stay. We, the hosts, live in the attic of this house and have a separate entrance. Sometimes we are at home, and sometimes we are not. We give our guests privacy, but if needed, we are always happy to help or provide information about local attractions and places worth visiting. We warmly invite you to stay with us.
