We invite you to relax in a cozy and atmospheric house, located in the Bieszczady Mountains, in the secluded village of Zahoczewie. The cottage is fully equipped for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms in the attic - in one bedroom there are 3 single beds and a chest of drawers, in the second bedroom there are 1 single bed and 1 so-called double bed and a chest of drawers. On the first floor there is a spacious living room (with TV) with a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom equipped with a shower and washing machine (Laundry dryer, hair dryer, iron). The house is heated throughout with a fireplace. Terrace and barbecue equipment. We allow pets by prior arrangement. Our House is a cozy place for all who want to experience peace and quiet and rest from the hustle and bustle of cities, and the village Zahoczewie is a central point between Solina/Polanczyk and Wetlina/Cisna. In the area you can visit, among others: - the famous church built in one night in Novosiolki, - natural History Museum - Hunting Museum ,,Knieja", - Lasumila - the thickest fir tree in Poland, - bobrowe lake, Duszatyńskie lake, - baligrod Orthodox Church, - baligrod tank and war cemetery - Synagogue in Lesko, - Skansen Sanok, - Ruins of the monastery of the Discalced Carmelites in Zagorz and Odrzykoń near Krosno - Narrow-gauge railroad "Bieszczady Ciuchcia" in Majdan near Cisna, - Bieszczadian draisine - Uherce. The area is conducive to active recreation - numerous hiking and biking trails in the area. Our cottage is also an excellent base for trips to the Solina Reservoir and the higher parts of the Bieszczady (Tarnica, Połonina Wetlińska, etc.) In the immediate vicinity of the beautiful and interesting natural areas such as the reserve "Goloborze", quarries, observation deck on Mt. Sobień, Korbania. There is also a paradise for lovers of winter sports: numerous ski lifts, including a recreational complex LeskoSki (distance approx. 15km) and Bieszczady ski (distance approx. 30km) - ski station with the longest cable car. Store 1km, Baligród 8km, Bieszczady Bistro 8,5km - transportation possible, Lesko about 15km, Cisna approx 25km.

A great place to relax! Here you can really take a break from the city and the daily noise. The area is beautiful and extremely quiet, there are only a few houses around, but it feels like there is no one. The cottage is furnished to a very high standard, well equipped and perfectly prepared for the arrival of guests. There is a fireplace in the center of the first floor, which gives the interior a unique atmosphere and effectively heats both the downstairs and the rooms upstairs. Outside there is a large covered terrace with a table and benches, and right in front of it a prepared fireplace with a grill grate. The host is very friendly and helpful, contact throughout our stay was trouble-free. We had no difficulties with check-in or check-out. I evaluate the whole stay very positively and in good conscience recommend this place!

We were in this cottage for two days and can really recommend it to people looking for peace and quiet. It is located on a large plot of land, and the neighboring properties - although built-up - are not inhabited, so you can feel like you are in a remote area. The cottage itself is clean, well-maintained, and the owner is very nice and open. There is a covered terrace, a fire pit (with prepared wood included in the price), a swing, TV, refrigerator and board games - some of these amenities were not mentioned in the offer, which is a shame, because it's a big plus. You can come with your dog, and you can buy local preserves from the owner - it's also worth adding in the description, because it's a nice surprise. The store is close, so you don't have to worry about shopping. The owner also offered us quite a few attractions and places worth visiting in the area. This is what was missing from the cottage itself - maybe it would be nice to make some kind of "book of excursions" or a map with the owner's suggestions marked on the wall, so that other guests could easily use them. On the downside - the tap water has a distinctive "rotten egg" smell, so we bought water cans for drinking and cooking, and used the tap water only for bathing. Other than that, a really great place to relax.
