Welcome to our newly opened and unique cottage , "Theme River" in the Bieszczady Mountains, surrounded by forests, meadows and birdsong. This is the perfect place for those wishing to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, relax in close proximity to nature and feel the true atmosphere of mountain hiking. The cottage is located in a charming and quiet area, which guarantees peace and privacy. The terrace offers a picturesque view of the mountains, forests and the river flowing by the cottage - ideal for morning coffee or evening star gazing. The interior of the cottage was designed with comfort and cozy atmosphere in mind. You will find two bedrooms with comfortable beds (including one on a mezzanine), a living room with a TV and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. All maintained in a unique and original style. Outside you will find a spacious terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs and a Jacuzzi with direct access from the terrace, and a fire pit. A great place to relax! The space was perfectly thought out - full of surprising, yet ergonomic solutions. You can see that the arrangement was handled by a person with a lot of experience. The furnishings lacked absolutely nothing. I was also positively surprised by the use of finishing materials - looking at the photos beforehand, I did not expect such high quality. The surroundings of the house are very pleasant and refined. The area was beautifully illuminated, so we could also fully enjoy the beauty of the area after dark. The wood-fired hot tub with whirlpool function provided evenings full of relaxation and self-care. There is also a fire pit on the property - although we didn't use it in the end, it looked very comfortable and well prepared, with all the necessary elements for a pleasant evening by the fire. Each morning we were awakened by the pleasant hum of the nearby river, which introduced a wonderful mountain atmosphere and soothed our senses. We accomplished our stay with our dogs - the environment turned out to be very friendly for them, and short walks to the bend of the river made each day more pleasant. The only minor drawback was the lack of a fence, which meant that the dogs could not freely use the outdoor area, but this was not a major problem for us. Young beech trees were planted around the property, which in the near future will create a cozy, natural shelter and further enhance the charm of the place.

The cottage as well as the surroundings are truly amazing! This place is a beautifully thought-out interior (unparalleled!), an oasis where we can find time for tranquility and relaxation, and an ideal base for shorter and longer excursions in the Bieszczady Mountains! Despite the fact that we were there for quite a short time we relaxed a lot and felt like on vacation :) Balia included in the price (prepared and heated for our arrival! 😍), in which you can relax listening to the sound of the river, which flows right next door, is a huge plus. The atmosphere of the already beautiful interior is added by the available turntable with several records, the first time I encountered this in this type of cottage and I really appreciate it! We were very nicely hosted by Alicia, and thank you for the starter gift, but I leave that to be seen by those who next visit this wonderful cottage - they will be pleasantly surprised ;)
