The simple shape with a wooden facade perfectly blends with the mountain landscape, and the aesthetic interior in a minimalist, modern style will make you feel luxurious. Thanks to the glazed western facade, you can enjoy the view of the mountains not only from the living room but also from the mezzanine. In the summer, you can watch sunsets from the terrace or from the jacuzzi in the garden. We appreciate spacious interiors. That’s why we opted for space instead of filling every corner. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen where you will find a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, capsule coffee machine, and even a blender, as well as all the necessary dishes, pots, and kitchen utensils. The spacious living area is enhanced by a wood-burning fireplace and a terrace with a view of the picturesque peaks. A cozy bedroom in muted colors promotes relaxation. The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, large mirror, shower, and washing machine. The high, spacious mezzanine connects the sleeping area with a remote work space. Outside, right next to the terrace, there is an outdoor jacuzzi waiting for you, which you can use at any time of the year. Since it is electric, you don’t waste time lighting and tending to a fire. We particularly recommend nighttime sessions during the August spectacle of falling stars. (Using the jacuzzi incurs an additional fee of 200/day, the jacuzzi operates from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM) The interior decor is exceptionally important to us - we know how the surrounding space can affect our mood. That’s why every detail is carefully thought out to create a cohesive, harmonious whole. The inspiration was autumn in the mountains, which is why we chose muted, warm colors, soft velvet materials, and atmospheric lighting. We also ensured there is enough storage space to enjoy the decor every day of your stay. On the ground floor, in the bedroom, and on the mezzanine, there are air conditioning units that will cool the rooms in summer and heat them in winter. Additionally, underfloor heating operates on the ground floor. For safety, there are external roller shutters on the windows, and surveillance cameras around the house. You don’t have to stress about arrival times - self check-in is in effect: before arrival, guests receive a generated code that allows them to unlock the front door. Our home is the only one on a securely fenced plot of over 1000m2. You will find us in Miszkowice, a charming village in the Karkonosze Mountains, right by the border with the Czech Republic. This place is distinguished by its proximity to Lake Bukówka (about 300m from the house) and a multitude of hiking and biking trails, and in winter, it is an ideal starting point for ski slopes on both sides of the border. In the nearby area, you can visit the Cistercian abbey in Krzeszów, the mines in Kowary, or Karpacz. Thanks to the proximity of the mountains and the lake, you can enjoy active leisure all year round. It is an excellent place for families, couples, and groups of friends who appreciate unique interiors as well as closeness to nature.
